from my experience very little amount of women do that. And then they wonder why they don't reach results. I need you to push through even if it means you have to cry. ( That's normal)

I watched this video last night, and I was so excited and nervous to do it this morning!! Typically I stay to my own corner in the gym, so having to adventure to where most of the men are is scary! But I did it!! And, it KICKED MY ASS, but I am so proud and I know today I pushed myself harder than I typically do. Thank you for being so down to earth and giving so many tips on form!! It made me way more confident and really focus on what I was doing instead of being anxious about the people around me! My next paycheck is definitely going to your program!

Been going at it 3 months straight and its a lot to do with you and following your workouts! Aside from normal cosmetic body goals i really needed to help my back especially these upper body ones. I have scoliosis and i gotta say its so so much better thank you!!!! Your advice and mentality and positivity is so contagious and youre just so likeable i could watch you talk about health and fitness all day

big ups to Krissy. Before, I would mainly concentrate on lower body as I didn't have a lot of confidence/ didn't feel comfortable with a lot of upper body exercises and movements. But now, the military press and bent over rows are literally my favourite exercises to do!

I love the transparency! You showed us that sometimes showing up doesn’t always feel AMAZING but we should still show up as our best selves (eg increasing the weights instead of settling with the lighter weights). Thank you.

can't agree more with the other comments left here already. When you said "let me push my ego to the side for a minute"... DAMN, you could have cut that part of the video (like many people do) but you kept it there, showing us that even the bada$$ Krissy Cela also needs to be realistic about the weights and do what's correct. Thank you for the honesty and how genuine you keep this journey, me and my self-love appreciate it so much.

I barely comment on videos but I have to do this. I pride myself in working out because I love to run (I don't work out at the gym btw), I used to do aerobics but now I run and do home workouts. I never really used to lift weights because I felt they would make me bulky but after I had my baby some months back, I incorporated strength training with my husband's weights into my workout routine and although I didn't lose weight, I lost a lot of fat. That was when i started reading up about losing weight or fat and building muscle and all that good stuff. I found your channel yesterday and I haven't been happier, I have downloaded alot of your videos. I understand the art or maybe science of working out better. Now I know that I can isolate muscles so I won't get bulky. I've been thinking all these years that i was toned because I'm slim and my arms are toned but i looked at your legs, looked at my husband's legs and looked at mine and now I know i only have toned hamstrings and glutes and calves but no toned quads. I am so excited to hit the gym and start a whole new workout lifestyle. Thank you so much. I would have downloaded your app but where I live currently has payment restrictions when transacting in foreign currency, sadly.

I'm in bed at 4 am looking for training AT HOME with dumbells, going through different trainers, admiring each one of them, looking for some variations of the trainer that I'm already following, them I stumbled upon your character...! Then I watch the whole video, not caring that gym is not my thing right now, only home training. But listening to you, smiling with you, going through all your process was so... I did my first upper body A today and although I don't feel very comfy just yet at my new gym and by training on my own (Last year I trained 2 times a week with a PT which wasn't so good) I absolutely loved it. The evolve you app and your videos are helping me so so much. Actually they came into my life at the very perfect time for me. It gave me the last push I needed to quit PT and do it completely different. Thank you so much! ❤

Thank you for explaining for programmes and I think explaining each programme and what they do for you and whether it’s suits to this type of person and that other person,is helpful. I’m on the string program but it will helpful to know that the upper body strong programme reduces days and increase in time.

I would love to see more videos where the sound doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to hit the last reps haha. Kind of a good reminder for me to push myself to be stronger while training also, instead of trying to look super effortless and elegant.
