If you are running a knife sharpening business, speed and consistency are keep. A sharpener that has a motor with a very long continuous duty cycle is essential. For Joe Average sharpener, you can get the popular and inexpensive 1x30 belt grinder from Harbor Freight (or the clones). Quality tools are an investment.
