If the deck got New Support, due to it being Based on Wizard of Oz + Star Wars, they probably would have to be based on the prequels since unlike Star Wars, Wizard of Oz ended its story and finish there and then, with them beating the Wicked Witch. I could see them releasing a good version of the Wicked Witch, a ship based on the prequels (perhaps Padme's Royal Ship), maybe a few cards to reflect the final battle that ended with the Witch going from the Good Witch, to the Wicked Witch Kozmo CharmingWitch, Kozmo Royal Glider, Kozmo Downfall, Kozmo Glittering Town (Based on Coruscant, could be a Continous Spell for the deck instead of a new field spell) or Kozmo Cloud Town (Based on Cloud City) I mostly suggest these as cards that wouldn't affect the story that concluded in the Yugioh Lore, but they could simply ignore the Oz inspiration and release Cards based on the new movies. I like Kozmo and Star Wars lmao

I throw this out at every opportunity I get, but you should absolutely mix Kozmo with Rokkets. Striker Dragon and Tracer do crazy things when you pop ships/town with them, and Rokket Caliber is just another pilot for your dark ships that you can play 3 more Etele for in the form of Quick Launch. Not to mention DPE synergy.

the deck was very meta relevant back in the day, only reason it's not meta now is because it's missing a few support pieces to speed it up and let it hang with the big dogs. it probably needs an in-archetype e-tele and a few more big ships and one more pilot that summons from deck. i guarantee if this deck was relevant people would get frustrated off the sheer amount of self-protection the ships have.

this is basically proto unchained. you have all your monsters float on destruction you have the dum 3k guy that pops something on summon you have the pop 1 of your duds to get rid of one of your opponents cards. they are literally the same deck. you can even mix them as you can pop your kozmo ships with your unchained cards to float with them.

glad to see some kozmo getting some recognition, probably one of my favorite arctype to climb MD rank with thats not meta decks like Sowrdsoul or Dragon maids due to It's flexibility as an arctype to play different strategies the core of the arctype if you are curious is 3 tin can, 3 Destroyer, 3 town, 1 tera, max E-tele, 2 straw man, 1 soartropper, 1 farm girl, 1 good witch, 1 wicked witch, 1 dark lady, 1 Slip, 1 forerunner, 1 kozmojo from that you can go into different strategies like playing it pure, play it with the dogmatika DPE scythe lock, fire king xyz, gizmeck, link climb with soar troopers, Dragon link, chaos, and when the new P.U.N.K. field card support comes out a kozmo syncro strat

Would like to note that if you play a Kaiju version of the deck, this "core" is just completely. Kaiju versions you want 3 tincan 3 destroyer 3 farmgirl 2 e-tele always, and then usually around 4 of good/wicked witch, and then 1x of darklady/sliprider/forerunner (i play 2x forerunner), and optionally Dark Eclipser. Going second Kaiju builds don't really want to go near Town/Soartrooper, and at most 1 Strawman.

Note that kaiser was banned in 2016, a while after bujin left the metagame. It was mainly banned for rulings reasons and was only being played in kozmo at the time it got banned

With kozmo u don’t need an extra other than Nova and infinity, or Draglubion and Numeron dragon if ur playing desires. So I just play extrav or prosperity. Or you play 3 cherries and fill the whole extra with targets

The tournament's custom banlist got rid of a bunch of cards, such as all the pots, Dogmatika Punishment and a few others I wanted to try, and I couldn't really test my list before the tournament because I wasn't home all week. But I played: 1x Dark Eclipser 3x Dark Destroyer 2x Forerunner 2x Sliprider 1x Dark Lady 1x Wicked Witch 3x Farmgirl 3x Soartroopers 1x Strawman 3x Tincan 3x Kozmotown 3x Emergency Teleport 1x One for One 1x Reasoning 3x Book of Moon 3x Kozmojo 3x Back to the Front 3x Storm Dragon's Return 2x Trap Trick Extra did not matter at all, I put a bunch of fusions I couldn't summon. I built this list based on what was allowed in the tournament as well as the multiple deck profiles I watched. After actually playing the deck, I think the only pilot you really play at 3 is Tincan, the others are personal preference since you can get them back with both Kozmotown and Storm Dragon's Return. I did like the 1 Wicked Witch as a wall, didn't miss a 2nd Strawman or Dark Lady, and the 3 Soartroopers and Farmgirls were fine but I think I would've been ok playing less. As for the ships, I think 3 Dark Destroyer and 2 Sliprider was great, wouldn't cut/include more. Dark Eclipser was fine, the trap negation effect is not once per turn and it did come up once or twice, but I think it's fine to cut it if you can't get one or just don't wanna play it, either way, do remember it doesn't float, it adds a Kozmo when destroyed. I would consider playing Landwalker or Dog Fighter as a 1 of level 6. I would also consider playing 1 Dark Planet since negating spells is cool, but the summoning condition can be kinda awkward, and if I played Dark Planet, I'd consider 1 Scaredy Lion maybe. 1 Forerunner is fine if you don't wanna play multiples. For spells and traps, 3 Kozmotown is really good since you destroy it yourself to get searches from time to time but maybe you can get away with playing less. I loved Kozmojo, non-targetting, non-destruction removal while getting your ships to float into a pilot, I'd play at least 2 to get it off Trap Trick, but I liked 3. Something I tried after the tournament and really liked was Super Poly in the main, nice way to clear the field to make way for your Farmgirl to search, get rid of annoying negates or just set it as an interruption, and you have all the extra deck space you could want. Speaking of which, I wouldn't recommend playing anything relevant in the extra, maybe a Zeus line or DPE if you really want to try to hard draw Fusion Destiny, but you don't really need anything, you're better off keeping your main deck monsters. You can also try Kaijus and Kaiju Slumber, pretty good, you can crash your ships onto the Kaijus and get a float for instance. Artifact Sanctum with Scythe and maybe Moralltach, also pretty good, you can revive Scythe with Back to the Front. You can play Allure of Darkness if you don't wanna banish stuff from your extra, but I really like Extravagance, just full on using the extra as a resource, also, of course, Dogmatika Punishment with N'tss, pretty good. Traps in general are pretty good on the deck, Solemns, Torrential, etc, I'd say better than handtraps for the most part. And you can play under Skill Drain and Dimension Shifter overall just fine. I haven't tried Mystic Mine but I guess you might wanna try that and see how it goes? You could also try Chaos monsters and Chaos Space since all the Kozmos are Light or Dark, Chaos Creator seems particularly fun. Finally, Limiter Removal as a sacky 1 of can be really funny. Anyway, these are my impressions of the deck from the little time I've played with it and the various deck profiles I watched. I only played online, currently building it in paper. I do think it is really, really fun, hope you enjoy it too =] One final thing is that with Ghosts From the Past and the first Maximum Gold, the really, really, important stuff is really cheap and that's great.

In other words, what are the do's and don't that a players needs to know or should want to before making a 60 count deck? I find myself unsure of how to go about making a 60. Or even why I would or if a deck I'm playing is worth running at 60.

Compare the math of the ratios to a 40 card deck. 60 cards doesn't necessarily mean less consistent like people tend to think. If the math is right 60 is fine.

@@servine1212 How does the math work exactly? I'm not even sure how to optimize ratios specifically. I tend to build close as 20-20 as I can get t. 20 monsters amd 20 Spell and Trap. But I feel consistency is more that ratio, it also has to do with card choices. How big or small am engine is, tech cards. Etc. So if you could elaborate. I'd appreciate it.

@@theWIIISEguy Look up your consistency calculator. It tells you the chance to open specific cards/hands based off of deck size and how many copies you run. You can use this to compare ratio math for 40 and 60 card builds. Typically you want to have an 80+% chance of drawing your starters.

Ew, I don't play Kaiser in Striker. But I've started experimenting with using Dominance to turbo out Plasma. That's honestly even more evil if I can pull it off. Also Drawhand plus Droll is an obnoxious way to lock people out of searches for the turn, and can chain block Disk Commander to ensure I get a draw after setting Plasma with Denier at CL3. Though for ensuring the tribute fodder sticks Dreadmaster is probably safer than an extra draw.

They like to try to cover the downsides of archetypes, like letting Lightsworn shuffle cards back to deck, so I expect it'd gain LP. They mostly have different levels so it'd be a link rather than an Xyz. The question then is "Is is a pilot or a ship?". If it's a pilot I would expect something like "Search a kozmo, gain LP based on its level, tag out for two ships from hand". If it's a ship, right now they have both "Banish a kozmo from hand to negate a trap" and "to negate a spell", but I don't see one for monsters. So you could make the link "Once per turn banish a kozmo from hand to negate a monster effect and destroy it, then gain LP equal to its atk. When this dies, banish it to special summon a kozmo from deck".
