Yes it is a very easy assessable fuse but,,,,,,,, The BIG NEGATIVE is that this little compressor gets too hot for the piston and cylinder sleeve. After 50 some fills I replaced my first one then after only 40 fills it happened again. Ow there is a warranty on it but dealing with that company was a pain in that A§§! If this works try the mag again and give it a little help pushing forward. Other than this I’m sorry I wouldn’t know any other reason for the invader to be functioning badly? First of all thank you for looking at my video Second of all avoid all compressors that are on Amazon and especially this Tuxing! If you are just getting into PCP Airguning and you are on a budget , I understand that, but compressors are the biggest part of your PCP life I would like to suggest you save up a little bit more and look up this compressor is a portable somewhat still affordable but one of the better ones on the market. Umarex ReadyAir Portable Compressor A friend of mine recommended me that one when I first started but I try to save money ,I ended up paying more on the long run😩 Also if you’re a little bit ANSI look into a portable air tank bottles , but as long as you have a scuba shop close by🤠
@tasmedic2 жыл бұрын
According to the manual that came with my compressor, you have the air hose fitted the wrong way around. The blue cylinder should be at the rifle end, not the compressor end. I reckon these compressors are good value for money. They will work off 12v as well as mains, need no water supply to cool them, and are easy to set up and use. I'm quite happy with mine.
@domin8rdominant7632 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching my channel first and second I really think it’s a preference of the owners to place the filter at either end? When air goes through the hose to the filter you build up water in the hose as time of usage goes on. Now if you have the filter At the beginning of hose from compressor you catch more water before it goes into your hose line. Now that’s my theory and that why I keep mine at the beginning of the hose from compressor. Third,, I no longer use this compressor because it broke down a second time , around 40 fills this time ,after I replaced the warped piston head and sleeve. Yes the compressor gets way to hot for itself and parts get heated up really hot inside that box . Thank you once again for watching Keep your plinks on target 🤠
@Harolddespui Жыл бұрын
@@domin8rdominant763The water in the line at the compressor end is still steam, harder to catch for the filter. At the guns end the steam has turned into bigger droplets (because the air cooling down when traveling through the hose), which are easier to catch by the filter material.

Hey man I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to reply it's Sunday here and I've been going back and forth between the shoe box unit the tuxine which I can get parts for but I don't want to be rebuilding every couple months because the head and piston at Central gets too hot so I appreciate the heads up on that and I've been looking at the Yong heng water through the cylinder head version, but unfortunately it's not 12 volt and I can't take it out in the field so I'd have to invest in a air tank to fix that problem, so that's kind of a pain even though I can get parts for it and it looks relatively easy to rebuild,👍👍

It seems to me the system line bleed flow should be at the other end of the system beyond the filters. You don't want the oil and water moving back into the pump. I bleed the pressure from the probe end so all that stays in the filter.

I would like to first thank you for watching my channel and this little video I put up of the Tuxing compressor. Now letting you know that when I first got the compressor in this video it was working great but after the 45th usage it Wasn’t pushing out pressure? Now from the time it started pushing no pressure I contacted my warranty department doing emails back-and-forth for a month figuring out what was going on with my compressor. I wasn’t feeling too comfortable with the company anymore. What the issue was this little compressor component it gets super super hot. And when it’s getting hot it’s not getting ventilated very well Inside so now the cylinder piston sleeve, warps and it’s not letting me get pressure build up. Now that I’ve repaired it after 50 uses it did the same thing again contacted the warranty department and he wanted me to pay for shipping and handling but I can buy the part on Amazon for cheaper. So another words I no longer use this compressor. I purchased a very very expensive compressor, which I’m very happy with took a big budget out of my pocket, but so worth it. Don’t know what the brand you got but good luck and if you’re looking for a different compressor that’s a little bit pocket friendly look up this compressor on Amazon. Hello Dom. I read you have moved on to a Air Venturi 4500. I have just bought a clone of the Tuxing sold under Vevor, it's practically identical but it does not have a oil (silicone) hole to service the piston with. So by rights my Vevor should last even shorter than your Tux did. I will only charge to 200Bar, have bleed undone before turning on , and run fan for ages afterward. Your point about over-heating is central to understanding that these machines are best run for the shortest time practical. The comments here are gold-dust and show clearly that unless punters fully comprehend the fragile limitations of these cheaply made but over-hyped compressors , disappointment is definitely guaranteed, though the units in practice aren't. I’m talking to Tuxing now , my compressor isn’t pushing out any air pressure ? I was asked if I’ve done any maintenance yes after 40 uses I change the filter inside now I got 32 more usages total of 72 out of my compressor and now isn’t pushing out any air pressure? I open up the pump and was surprised how filthy that was inside cleaned it up the O-rings and washers was good left it alone put it all back together still no air pressure?So now the company had me change the O-rings all inside the compressor . Still no air pressure coming out very very small amount. Now they say they are going to send me a new pump very strange I work with pneumatic tools I and I do know a few things and that was gonna be my question for you? What is the issue with using Senco pneumatic oil? I know every one has a good reason and just asking so I’m schooled in something new🙂

@@domin8rdominant763 because any petroleum based oil put under these kinds of pressure will ignite and blow up just like a diesel has no spark plugs the diesel is compressed to the point where it ignites and thats what happens with hpa if petroleum based oils are used be careful

Rotate the blue filter, it shout be opposite direction.
@domin8rdominant7633 жыл бұрын
Hummm? Are you saying just the filter or the filter and hose? Only because It’s been brought up to me another time and also been told that filter should be at compressor side,, Reason from compressor side I’ve been informed is because at that point the filter will catch Humidity in water before it goes into hose,,, If hose was connected first then the hose will have a section that will store Humidity and water in that section. But please let me know what you think?
@velislavnikolov9093 жыл бұрын
@@domin8rdominant763 Originally from the factory filter body is located after the hose, but doest matter so much. The main point is that filter direction shout be opposite site. The filter body, where ever is located has direcrton and the right direction is opposite to your's. Also you may have problem when de gas the hose and the filter is rotated like your's you may lose the all air in the gun cylinder, because filter cause the air to go out slower than normal and the valve in the gun can't close correctly. This is advice based on my own experience, I had those problem. Good luck!

@@velislavnikolov909 thank you for this information Open up my filter to look at the inside directions and to be honest both ends are the same ? Same size hole, nothing to prevent it from flowing either direction? But since you brought it up I’m gonna switch it around, but keeping hose same out put.🤠

@@domin8rdominant763 On one side where is the opening screw cover of the filter you should have inside one filter element putted in horizontally and behind it two other, one bigger and one very small, round filtering elements this is the only differences. I hope this helps you!

Update**** Aug.25,2021 Compressor failed on me again and it is the same issue as before. Received an email from company informing ME that since the compressor broke down just 8 months ago they will replace the SAME PART again if I paid for shipping and handling? Wow a compressor company with a name ALL OVER THE WORLD and they want a consumer that purchased a product from there company that has broken down twice within a 8 month period or PAY AGAIN under warranty to receive a part that the company already knows about and wishes to ignore there one year warranty service! I personally would avoid this company,,, I know I’m learning my lesson 😖

That is a knock off of the Air Venturi Nomad ll. Also that is a not a temp gauge unless tuxing changed it. It should be a load gauge meaning how many amps it is using. Yours was reading way over the maximum meaning that is needs lubrication. If you still have it in working order, follow the maintenance instructions for the Nomad ll.

@@Powerpickle68 thank you for the information The temperature gauge does work and yes this thing got so hot inside you wouldn’t dare touch any parts inside. Since I did this video the compressor has failed me ,I had to replaced the cylinder head once and it did it again after 50 uses it got so hot for itself. I think it’s because it doesn’t have good ventilation. The company with my one year warranty wanted me to pay for shipping and handling since they already replaced it once. But this is a new beginning for me I purchased a Air Venturi compressor and so far it’s got way more running time them the Tuxing. Thank you for watching video and thank you for the information 🤠

What did you do or replace to get your Tuxing compressor to work again. I purchased my Tuxing TXETO61 for $399.99 + tax this was the new model version had the automatic stop purchased last December 2020, I only used it 6 times and 5 months old and it would not make any kind of pressure. Tuxing engineer said the control box was bad, after them sending me a new control box I installed it but it did not fix the problem. They told me to check and clean certain check valves. I was only able to get the compressor to push a little air out of the hose, which I could feel with my hands, but wasn't strong enough to build up any pressure. I ended giving up on the compressor and purchased a big Acecare 9L carbon fiber dot approved airtank and a Hong yeng compressor. But if I can can get the Tuxing going again I could have 2 compressors.
@99prochargedbird853 жыл бұрын
I just read your comment so it was the cylinder head that was the issue for the compressor not making any pressure. Yeah its funny when they told me it was the control box that went bad. My compressor is still under warranty until next month December 2021. Boy KZbin deleted my comments several times trying to tell the truth about Tuxing so I had to change what I said.

@@99prochargedbird85 I still have that little compressor and I do still like to get it fixed. The way you describe how little pressure was coming out is exactly how my was. I went three weeks trying to figure out issue with the company going back and fourth even doing photos to send to them and short videos. I totally felt like that was the issue from the beginning! But the company Tuxing had a Protocol on how to do warranty’s. I am familiar with air tools and compressors that is my job as a tool man where I worked. The big gold one from the same company that makes his compressor. You can find them everywhere. Specially if you live somewhere that's humid. Tuxing gold filter. Use the beads that come with it but then get a bag of the better absorbing agent. Dont rmember the name but you can do a quick google search and you will see serious air gunners discussing this topping on forums. The only reliable info as far as i am concerned.
