Not what was expecting for a million dollar home. Nice place but not worth a million dollars that I would spend on. It is sad that some select areas places are priced so high for so little just to be able to say live there. There are a few places like that in Canada as well. To me, just not worth spending more to be in a select area when could get so much for less and still be close.

One tip for your own safety is that NEVER put signs of your security system on display because bad people then know exactly what system you have and can use the weaknesses against it much easier. It’s amazingly put together. I love your new house. I just bought a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Long Beach. My building was constructed in 1927 so I have the same style windows. I paid $825,000. It was partially furnished. I think that I got a good deal. I have an unobstructed beach view. Just like your house, my condo has lots of windows.

Not much fond of having huge TVs though, cause I barely use it anyway. And as many have said the size is proportional to the size of the house. It looks perfect that way.
