Dude i finally found someone that does what i do! I mean none of the people i personally know does the speak out method or the 2 min rule so it's good to see other people like me because i felt alone living completely different than my peers and locals (I'm in high school)

Let's go dude! It's totally been changing the way I think about habits. Literally just got done with my 2-minute gratitude journalling this morning, and can't wait for tomorrow! It's great that you're doing it in high school, what habits have you added to your life so far?

I liked your video, and great habit building strategy bro. I am also reading Atomic Habits for the last 6 months. For some reason I can't read more than 5 pages at a time from this book - every time I read, I have to pause and think about what I just read. How do I implmeent this.. writing it down.. etc Feels like every page of this book has so much sense and wisdom and it really moved me into action. I have started working out, playing the guitar, and applying mositurizer - as good habits. Past 2 weeks have been the slowest when it comes to contiuing to perform these habits but I now bounce back. Thanks for the video man :)
