Couples should always go on dates. Regularly. No matter how old they are. Keeps you in touch with each other. Romantic. 💘 And I wrote this before I saw the very end... Kai is a GOOD man.... The spontaneity of going to buy something Jenni's misses... The excitement in Jenni's voice and face when Kai's said "Let's do it.". That's why you go on dates.... 🥰

I know the place. Just north of Stuttgart and not too far East of Pfortzheim - the second German watch capital after Glashutte. Not destroyed by the American bombs during the war. Typical West German small town and a very cute and romantic one!

GS caters to the IBWC with its SBGX references, 37 mm case, 44 lug to lug. They wear like a dream on my 16 cm wrist. GS is just releasing this February the SBGX355, again 37 mm in titanium, which I will already dare calling the Baby Snowflake. It would be amazing if you could get one in your hands for a review, who knows, maybe it could even change your views on GS 😉

Grand Seiko could offer more watches in smaller case sizes. That said, their Elegance collection is superb, the watches are understated, they have watches between 37-39mm within that collection. The heritage collection has some great options in 44GS cases. So many of their best watches get little or no press, they tend to have two things in common, 39mm or smaller and mechanical movements.

Any husband knows that's the best way to go. I think Kie Kai is right about the Yacht Master, but he was also right in telling Jenni that whatever she wants is the best choice. I don’t really have a “grail” watch tbh. The top of my collection currently is an Oris Aquis Cherry, and I’d put my Formex Reef in that same tier, but everything else I want I can get if I just save. Tudor Pelagos, Rolex Explorer 2 polar, and an Aqua Terra. I’ll get them all eventually. Realistic and attainable. I guess I’d love a full ceramic AP, but that’s gonna cost like 4x my yearly salary.. so, that’s not gonna happen 🤣

I gave my nephew a Casio LA11WB-1, which is the smallest of the Casio squares, for his second birthday. It fit his itty bitty wrist perfectly, and although he can't yet tell the time, he constantly wears it. Oh, and it cost $20.

Hi Jenny, I have fallen in love with Lange. I recently bought a Lange 1 from the boutique. Now I am addicted to the brand but they are all so expensive!!! I aim to get either a Datograph or 1815 Chronograph. I couldn’t decide which one. But both are so expensive!!! What’s your thoughts on these pieces. My objective is to get a piece that is high horology, and a piece that I can pass on to my children

Another top Q&A Jenni and Kai, a lovely walk though the wonderful scenery was a really nice touch. I love the German architecture from my visits to the country over the years, Nurnberg, Heidelberg, Munich, Bad Hartsburg, Wolfenbüttel, Goslar, Braunschweig and a few others. I think my sister would also be into the Bvlgari as well, it might be classed by some as jewellery but it's functional. I agree with you both let your daughter decide on what she wants as things may change a lot over the years. Many thanks for sharing, these are always fun.
