Thanks for doing this one. So many people overlook this. I think this song is about him talking about his OCD, so he is actually talking to himself. OCD is a very controlling thing which can take over your whole life demanding "perfection". The way this song is done is brilliant, the buildup to the "let me go" chorus conveys the intensity and then the release. Absolutely love this song.

Honestly your videos bring so much joy to me like each time I see that you reacted to one of my favs, I be smiling so big like a idiot 😂 this was probably the first time I was happy while listening to this song, cause normally I would be tearing up so thank you I guess 😂🙏🏽 also absolutely love the meaning behind this song. "If I let you go and find the seven letters" I think the seven letters he was talking about was toward the word freedom or it was to the Book of Revelations : (Revelation 2-3). Each letter, as proclaimed by Jesus and recorded by John the Apostle, declares the triumphs and failings of the recipient churches and warns each congregation to repent..

Because he is doing more than just talking to himself in this track. The first half sounds as though he is talking to someone else for a reason. He is addressing more than his inner demons and his OCD. He is addressing the haters and critics and essentially showing that he does the same and worse to himself while also explaining how his OCD is what drives a lot of his issues as well. The entire song is almost like a double entendre in and of itself.
