Ooooo yes! Please do a walkthgrough. I've only skated a handful of times when I was young but I want to skate all the time and I'll finally be moving to a city with ice rinks soon! I know I need to lose weight and get more active so I'm working on that but what would you recommend I do before learning to skate? I think for sure I should do those stretches daily. Forward fold and pike are the same thing. Pike is considered a basic position in gymnastics and cheer.

i used to stretch 5 times a week, i don’t do it as often anymore :(
