i work with developmentally disabled adults and one of the individuals i take care of LOVES trains. those train pov’s with the music and occasional train noises are like his favorite thing to watch. he’ll come into the living room, hand us the remote and point to the tv. he claps along and smiles the whole time, going up to the screen to point things out to us sometimes. when he’s watching them we literally cannot change the channel or he’ll become very angry and anxious. and when he’s decided to be done watching them, he makes us turn off the tv. not change the channel, not let someone else pick what to put on. turn the tv off until he’s back in his room. he’s so incredibly sweet and knowing someone else loves those train videos warms my heart

In my childhood home, we had a bathroom in the basement with bright af yellow walls and a 12” thick strip of wallpaper that went around the center of the walls and the wallpaper was underwater themed with cartoon fish, seaweed, kelp, starfish, etc. And the shower curtain was a matching underwater scene. it was a *vibe*
