Hello everyone I made just a short video to follow up on a 508 I have which was experiencing a ,,Gearbox Faulty" coming up and had a clutch replacement and many other things done to it. I have now managed to fix 508 but it was a long fix with a lot of hard work, learning and troubleshooting. Big thank you goes to Cranky Conrods You tube channel for coming around and showing me best ways on how to test actuator solenoids and many other things. I would just like to share a bit of advice in this video and hope someone will find it use full.

I would like to say thank you mad4french cars for the opportunity to let me help you move forward with your project. They were some real nice words to say and inspirational very much grateful for that. I knew you could do it that wasn't your fault by no means for the faulty part it's something that happens. you did well if that's your first egs gearbox hats off to you as they can be real intimidating for a first try with them happy to of been a part of it and it's another car saved ✌️

Hello, as I told you in another comment, my car shook a lot when I left first gear, so I changed the clutch and the dual mass flywheel, they were really bad. After that, the car ran fine for about 5 days, until it started to shake again and now it shows an error in the gearbox, it needs repairs and it only runs in first and second gear, from third gear forward it doesn't start. It’s a Peugeot 508 2011 1.6 E-HDI with the egs gearbox

Hello mate then a cluch and flywheel was replaced has a correct amount of hidraulic fluid has been added to reservoir if its semi auto. also has a hidraulic frust bearing also been replaced?

Mine car jerks allot in first and second gear especily when i lift of throtle. Dids few calibrations in at diffrent shops. Changed new clutch set with new flywhell with little diffrence. All engine mounts are new i have read on alfa forums that could be selenoid valve.

Two days ago I drive on a very bad road, and I think the ground is hit my gearbox. The diagnostic say actuator not in position also loose oil, but I not see where's leaking. Any idea 💡?? Thanks

Hi can I ask what oil is in the actuator resovoir? I have a Peugeot 3008 (2012 year) but I think it's the same gearbox. Also I struggle to find the gearbox fill plug. I have a plastic plug on top is this the filler? And would I be right in saying the oil for the gearbox is 75w-80? Thanks so much my friend

Hello mate you are absolutely right thinking 3008 will have same gearbox as I have now got 2x3008 and both have same gearbox as this 508 in a video. So the gearbox actuator you have 2 choices really either you look for a original Peugeot gearbox actuator fluid or you can use a fluid I used and tested and it has all the same properties as oem. The fluid I used for a gearbox actuator is RAVENOL GHA-F GEARBOX HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR Fluid 1 L for MCP Peugeot/Citroen. And for a actual gearbox I just used a normal gearbox oil for manual gearboxes the filler hole is covered by a plastic on a top as you mentioned in your comment.

Mine judders on pull off and swops from auto to manual quick when going down a gear ? Plus jerks so bad like rocking when i let of the gas iv had clutch flywheel done still really bad ?

If there is a problem still after cluch replacement and programming then it might be actuator problem. Have you checked a presure inside and also for any leaks around a hidraulic actuator another thing is have you got hidraulic slave cylinder replaced aswell as this can be as problematic if not replaced it collects metal dust and residue there cluch possition sensor is and stops it from moving back and forth properly.

CARLUBE.75w 80MV...I took the plug out the bottom of the gearbox or actuator and filled it up through the breather. I forgot to depresurise. When I plugged in the diagbox later it seemed like it worked through the actuator with a noise but didn't go through clutch reprogramming, this was before the clutch change by the way. I did notice the attempted gear change did not work then at all. It had previously worked but had the P1755 we had previously discussed. I did like you said and got a garage to change the clutch and position sensor but its there and they called me today and said come down with your diagbox tomorrow as they're stuck. Theyre not semi auto specialists

Mate a 75w80mv thats 7l6 speed manual gearbox oil wich is ok for a gearbox and if you removed it from the bottom and fill up through the breather thats ok, but that means you changed gearbox oil. Actuator itself has a special hidraulic fluid in it i have mentioned which in my video, reservoir is located on a side of a gearbox and fluid level checked on a markings of that plastic reservoir then gearbox is depresurised. You really need to make sure actuator has enough corect hidraulic fluid in it to work. I have no idea whats been going on with your gearbox ecu or actuator so its hard for me to say whats going on. Also what faults do you get now?

It's Ravenol GHF ?? How much , do you have to do more than one flush out of oil ? Loosen a pipe , use diagbox to flush??

@@albertoascari2542 i have bought 2 litres and i basicly undone a connector to a hidraulic slave and actuated a. Cluch with diagbox the plastic reservoir was almost empty i filled it up with ravenol fluid and i kept actuating till green ravenol fluid came out of the slave cylinder end. Different in fluid colour helps to see then its flushed through. Normally you dont need to change this fluid but i am not sure what have you been doing with actuator and also how much fluid you have in a reservoir. Does a system throw any more faults then scanned after atempting to program?

I've got in a garage, and they've asked me to take my diagbox.They changed the clutch , position sensor, and Flyweel. I had error codes before sending to garage P1734, P1800, P0949, P1716..I am not sure why they can't get it going but they want me to take the diagbox

Hello i have the same gearbox on my Citroen DS5, and i have a constantly vibration when the car is moving in first gear(also in reverse) without accelerating, the vibration is not stopping until i press the gas pedal, when i accelerate the vibrations is gone, what could it be? There is no fault codes on the gearbox diagnostic and it shifts perfectly the gears.

bought the 508 yesterday and today my car went into limp mode, its 2012 GT semi-auto model. I am so pissed because I know for sure that the seller deleted codes before I came and after about 200 miles the error came back on. I wonder how much would it cost to repair it? would u do this kind of job?

Hi mate limp mode could be anything, the car could be running low on eloys fluid in a small reservoir in a back, it also could be egr, mass air flow or fuel system related. If the car goes in a limp mode then your engine light is also on and if the engine light is on then there will be a fault stored on why is it going to it. You need to get a car scanned with Diagbox to see what's wrong with it. I am in Oxford and I could scan it for free for you if you can't get no one to scan it for you near where you are. I am not sure where you based it might be worth getting on Peugeot 508 group on Facebook and have a look if someone near you could do it for you. Even a cheap obd reader should be able to delete a fault code for now and bring your car out of limp mode, on a 407 you could also disconnect a battery and press your horn for like 15 seconds and then a battery is connected back on a limp mode is gone but I am not sure if it would work on 508 especially if its a stop start one as you have external capacitor storing power. Deleting a fault is just a temporary solution if it goes to limp mode is not good. Does it show anything as a fault on any of the screans? Something like antipolution or depollution system faulty?

I suppose all 1755 faults associated with clutch position are to do with this sensor. I have a ds5 with same clutch position fault on diagbox ? I also had parking brake ABS fault u1213, I changed the ABS sensors which resolved that and used diagbox to removed the fault code..Its mainly 1755 now I suspect the wiring harness, the position sensor or the gear actuator.I also had u2000 associated with the wiring harness fault to the actuator ECU..Any input on this please?

Hi mate i do a lot of these at the momment i just dont make videos for time being and i have done around 12 cars since this video and all had a cluch gone or flywheel midle ring gone and excessive movement. I just finished one 3008 replaced 4 pieces cluch set and only fault it had before was cluch possition sensor fault, flywheel was shot and slave cylinder too. Cluch was not too bad but then i do it i just replace a whole lot. This possition sensor is on a slave cylinder( frust bearing bit). Tommorow i am starting another 3008 same thing i dont feel excesive vibration so hope that flywheel is not gona be shot but it comes up with cluch possition sensor fault so will be ether a cluch or a slave cylinder gone. After doing so many of these i can tell these actuators are prity bulletproof things. Most of the time is either cluch or flywheel or a slave cylinder. Then a flywheel has excesive movement or cluch too worn and slipping or slave cylinder too jammed with debris then it gives you this fault and gearbox faulty

Bolt under the gearbox that's a drane plug...But might need a Diagbox to reset the oil service or repressurise it

Hello, I have a Peugeot 508 2011 1.6 e-HDI and the gearbox says that repairs need to be done and when shifting out of first gear it shakes all over but it changes gears normally and it goes smoothly, the real problem is getting out of first gear , could you tell me what this could be? Something electronic maybe?

Hello my friend Once the car starts to judder in a first gear on moving out then its a prity good indicator that the Cluch is going to need replacement soon. If a car is vibrating excesivly while parked and engine is on then you might need a flywheel aswell.

If it is failing to go throught the gear selection then its not good. You must of affected something inside actuator. Have you tried reprogramming it and see if it will go though gears. I would recommend bleeding it with diagbox several times to get rid of any air from the system then try to reprogram it again and see if it goes to gears correctly. I just hope that ecu is not damaged or the actual actuator as then it might be a big headache. If hidraulic fluid filled up then you should try to bleed a few times before trying to reprogram. What hidraulic fluid did you use

Does semi automatic gearbox for 1.6thp ep6dt uses the same dual mass flywheel as the HDI? Or they uses the normal flywheel? Please help

Thats a very good question unfortunatelly i have no experience with these yet. My advise would be go on a gsf car parts or other part page and put your registration in and it will show you compatable parts and then you can see what flywheel and cluch goes in it. It is very possible it will be same or it might be different difficult to say

We got a transmision ECU and fitted it, they put it through an Autel and it removed all fault codes except p1800..They did get the car to move the gearbox on Autel but the car wouldnt select gears on the car selector and has fault code P1800

Have they done all gearbox programming? Cluch bitting point etc? Not sure what that specific fault means but there also might be a problem with gear shifter

Turned out it was a wiring fault on the actuator according to the auto electrician..I have to say your original analysis of the fault as the clutch being worn out was correct. If your only used to driving a manual its hard to spot the slipping of a semi auto clutch ..I have to applaud the work pf the garage who were patient in a type of gearbox they don't usually work on..Thankyou for replying to questions, not everyone does and a bit of support is very helpful..I also am mad for French cars since I owned a Renault 11 many years ago

Owning 208 with AL4 gear box..when turn key on always showing Gear box fault..car can started and gear box running smoothly no issue at all...using diagnosis tools no any fault detected...can you advice

I have a 508 1.6 E-HDI with this automatic gearbox and it doesn't engage any gear, it shows a gearbox failure and the gearbox pump is working all the time. I've tried to program but the car's gearbox still doesn't engage any speed. Do you know what could be happening?

I put psa specific oil in the actuator reservoir and it is now running great, the pump is running all the time because there is no oil left.

Hi mate. You are doing a great job. I’ve got a semi-automatic 2012 Peugeot 508 1.6 e-dhi saloon, and mileage is above 150km. Before now anytime the fuel tank is at half tank, it will not move or climb an elevated road. Now it was on full fuel tank and stopped rev/accelerating while on a motorway with a faulty engine sign. Later the faulty light went off but the code generated was P0949- Clutch initialisation incomplete or not Performed. Not characterised. Please help SOS

Not yet but my mechanic says, it’s the injector after more than 2 weeks in his garage.

@@femiolutayo2568 if it's really injector I would remove all of them and give it to injector specialists to test them and regenerate them. Usually you will receive 12-24months warranty

Yes it is gearbox actuator use a special hidraulic liquid and gearbox use nor Al gearbox oil. If you put gearbox oil in actuator reservoir your actuator is gonna break soon

I cant tell 100% all i can say is most of 1.6hdi automatics are actually semi automatics and yes like this in a video and 2.0hdi mighy have something like this or it might have a fully automatic gearbox. To tell if its a semi or full auto look at the letters on a semi auto you dont have P on a full auto you have P

Hey bro I have peugeot 508 2022 and it is damaged from the front. It is showing an error of. 2.Communication With The ABS Or ABS/ESP ECU. Data Received Invalid 3.Communication With The Gearbox ECU. Data Received Invalid Due which the engine is not starting. I have consulted with few mechanics and they have told me this could be a damaged wiring issue. Is there anything you could help with?

Abs sensor change stopped the abs esp fault on mine unfortunately not the 1755 gear selection though lol

Hi. I have a Peugeot 508 1.6 e-HDI, 2012. The gears have intermittently not been moving from one to the next so I had it checked out. A local garage ran a diagnostic test which came up with: P1755 Clutch Actuator Position Control fault. Clutch jammed P162F Fault in the microprocessor or in a control component U1802 Vehicle speed data fault What is the course of action and in what order? I spoke with a Peugeot dealer and they quoted £3K for a new actuator. Could it be that if the clutch needed replacing, then the fault would be rectified?

Hi from your faults it looks like you need to change Cluch a kit with flywheel and hidraulic frust bearing cost like 400£. And then it's about 6 hours labour so nowhere near 3k. These actuators don't tend to fail most of the time is just a Cluch needs replacing. Sometimes a little wires for sensor on a frust bearing wich measures a Cluch position broke down and couse a fault aswell. Well the first course of action is to delete all faults then run a car and drive for a few meter if possible and scan again to see what faults come back

I would shop around. There must be some citroen and Peugeot specialist around who has done countless of these. Price would probably be atleast half of what dealer is asking. I usually do it all myself and it cost me around 270 for a new Cluch frust bearing and hidraulic fluid together with new gearbox oil. If flywheel is needed then about 100£ more.

Hi, how much hydraulic oil needs to go in the actuator reservoir if you drain the system? Also when you reprogramming the gearbox , when you pressurised the system back , do you have to hear the pump working? I can not hear the pump working to presurised the system back , but the message on the diagbox its action performed. On reprogramming the gearbox i have this failure : clutch bitting point reprogramming failure. B4 the fluid to be replaced i had p1755,p1733, p1712 and p1739 all intermittent. But now because i can not perform the reprogramming i had all this errors as permanent: P 1800 and P0949. Any help will be appreciated. Kind regards

Then I last time needed I bought around 2 liter of hidraulic fluid but used just over a litre. Also fluid has to be specific you can't use just normal hidraulic fluid.

Once everything is connected and the battery is connected I believe it pressurise itself. However you should bleed the system few times with Diagbox. And then you bleed it you will hear like pumping sound. You should also actuate the Cluch closing and opening and listen to the sound. As long as you program a gears you should be OK Cluch biting point designed to adjust anyway

@@b3nniy I used ravenol gha- f I used just over a litre in to empty actuator hidraulic system. I am not sure about your fluid i have never used it the one in a video was same specification as a Peugeot oem fluid hence why I used it.

@@b3nniy also you say it's transmission oil so that doesn't sound right it has to be hidraulic fluid. Transmission oil goes in gearbox and hidraulic fluid in to actuator.

Hi mate I’ve got a 2012 Peugeot 508 1.6 e-dhi saloon, I’ve only just noticed 2 days ago that when I put the car in drive and I lift my legs off the breaks it wouldn’t move forward on its on except I press the gas then it will move but changing gears is sluggish and has to raise to high rpm for it to move, it currently got 150k mile on the clock

Cluch might be slipping it would be really good Mileage for one Cluch if its never been replaced. Are you a are if Cluch ever been replaced or not? If never been replaced then I would start to get parts it might still last a while but will go eventually. You better change it before it worns out too much and then damage other things like flywheel. Cluch, presure plate and hidraulic frust bearing must be valeo. Programming can be done by anyone with Diagbox or sometimes other software. I would get some hidraulic fluid for a actuator and you will need gearbox oil as it will have to be released before you pull driveshafts out of the gearbox. Also good idea to replace a cranckshaft seal behind a flywheel while you there and driveshafts seals on a gearbox

@@Mad4FrenchCars thanks mate, I also wanted to add before it stopped working I was getting strong vibrations when I’m accelerating not every time but sometimes it just vibrates like the Road surface is uneven.

@@sheddyk9173 if you have a vibration like that then most likely your flywheel is going. Atleast that was a case in a last car I took apart Cluch and flywheel was finished had to get flywheel aswell. These dual mass flywheels have like metal ring in a middle to keep it stable but it worns out sometimes even brakes and then flywheel couse massive vibration..from what you said I believe you will need a full set with flywheel.

@@sheddyk9173 best way is to order a flywheel Cluch presure plate and hidraulic slave cylinder as a kit it works out much cheaper if getting a Cluch kit and flywheel seperately it's much more expensive

Does the actuator fluid go to the slave cylinder? The actuator fluid is emptying and it’s dripping from gearbox side is this the slave

Hi mate yes actuator does go to slave and if its dripping on a side of a gearbox then it might be leaking from a connection between high presure hidraulic pipe and slave. There is one little metal clip holding it in place maybe it fall out or something or it might be a green rubber o ring seal gone preventing it from leaking

@@Mad4FrenchCars it’s dripping from the hole in the gearbox there is a tiny little hole in bottom of gear box ( not damaged) and it’s dripping from out of there that says to me that it’s leaking from slave seal

If you are really mad for French cars, your channel should also include cars like 405 Mi16, CX25 GTi Turbo II, 205 GTi 1.9, 306 GTi-6 and so on.

It should indeed and i am well avare of these models and seen most of them live, sadly i dont own any of them. Maybe next time i go peugeot festival i will do more material to cover a 405 Mi16 and they have loads of black 205 GTi so maybe i will make some contact and manage to get a video. Well for time being as you can see i havent really done any video for 2 years due to my health but hope to go back in it.

Hello wonder if you can help me i got a citroen c4 grand picasso 2015 semi auto. Does not go into gear i have fault code p1755 (clutch actuator position control fault, clutch jammed) ... before it stopped working at all it was working sometimes and i had to turn the car and off a few times to get it working but now it doesnt do nothing

Cluch need to be replaced most likely together with slave cylinder. Also in some cases dmf aswell. Then it all needs to be programmed i have discovered that its easiest option is to buy a valeo kit gsf car parts had it for 490 4 piece kit and then programming is very smooth.

@@kamislam9986 yes mate a damaged dmf gives a shake then car is idling in place. And it disapears once starting to drive. If damage is bad it proper vibrates/shakes car had one case there you could see mirrors moving on idle and then reved it disapears took dmf off and meatal ring in a midle was gone and all dmf bolts eated aswell

Hello mate, I’ve got this car on a 2011 has the most annoying intermittent issue. You will randomly go to it from cold sometimes and it will gearbox fault and not select any gear so can’t put into neutral to start. Leave 10 mins go back will start up fine. Always goes through the gears perfect. This will happen maybe once a month and only from cold. The fault code indicates clutch actuator fault but have been quoted of £2k for a new one, do you have any ideas as the car is so perfect 99% of the time. Thank you :)

@@benjaminbryant7175 gearbox actuator is very dependant from a battery and it takes a lot of battery power and would likely cause that as then you start car cold if battery is weak after leaving a car stationary for a long time it draws a power out for alarm and other things then you sit in a car and run it becouse the battery It weak it might give you fault but once you run it for 10min it could charge it up a bit and fault is gone so in my opinion still points out to battery. It could be faulty actuator but if they go normally then that fault will stay. Worned out Cluch could potentially cause it as the actuator takes reading from slave cylinder/ frust bearing bit travel distance and worned out Cluch will let it travel too much. You could also have a small leak in hidraulic system of actuator and until it builds a presure then you start a car you get fault. It could be quite a few things but I don't think the problem is actuator if its working fine sometimes. Have you checked a fluid level in a gearbox actuator reservoir sometimes it needs to be topped up. Check for visible leaks under actuator. I would get it scanned with Diagbox to see what codes coming up as something will be stored might need clearing and also gives better idea on what is going on

@@Mad4FrenchCars sorry just to clarify when i leave for 10 mins the car is off not on so it’s not building any power up in anyway it’s almost as if by having the car off locking the door and coming back to it in 10 mins it resets itself

Hi, Can I please ask you about my semi automatic 3008 (12 plate)? I am having same issue with P1755 - Clutch Actuator Jammed along with P1716 Gear Lever Signal Fault Short circuit positive or open circuit, P1A8A Power Storage Battery or Voltage Retaining Device. Temperature Value not valid, U1209 Intersystem Can. One of the Parameters Present in a DataStream sent by the gearbox is invalid, 015FF Unexpected re-initialisation fault coming from the BSI - I am bit worried as have done wrong diagnose by local garage as I took it garage and we have changed used gearbox actuator but the problem is still there. It mostly only comes in morning when the car is cold, then I switch off car then switch it on couple of times and then I try to start the car and error "gearbox fault repair needed" disappear and I can drive off. It drives perfectly fine. Garage guy said clutch is fine as it checked REVs and its not slipping on diagnostics. I feel sometimes little vibrations in lower gear in low speed (less than 10 ) but not much. one thing I have seen from your video that battery could be faulty as well. My stop and start functionality is not working for a while. I have changed my battery almost 5 years ago. I appreciate your help if you could point me in right direction as the car still gives me warning. I am bit worried as I can not afford expensive repair or afford another car. Thanks.

From what i have just read it looks like you might be having a few issues here. Changing actuator without seing a cluch with gearbox removed was mistake to be fair in my opinion as these actuators are hardly ever faulty and no wonder it didnt solved a problem. Now from what you say it does point to the battery as actuator is control by battery power and it takes fair bit of it so if battery is bad then actuator might not work properly after car is being parked over night until it drives a bit and charge up. Bad battery can cause a premature wear on cluch aswell and faults too. I would replace a stop start battery first then if problems continue then maybe is too late and cluch or flywheel worn out too much and needs changing. At the momment i would replace a battery, clear all faults and after couple of days scan and see what faults comes back. Vibration normally comes from flywheel might be becouse cluch is not pressed in properly as battery is bad and no enough power provided. I am interasted what is going to happen next let me know how it goes then you change a battery. Also i hope garage didnt mess something up then they change actuator. I have done loads of these gearbox cluch replacements since i done this video. I normally buy peugeot 3008 with gearbox faulty from auction replace 4 piece cluch kit and sell them on. I have seen all sort of situation but the fact that you say garage cant see slipping cluch on a live data is weird as if it gives you a gearbox faulty or jammed it must be some slipping. And its either battery or cluch/flywheel ocasionally hidraulic frust bearing can be at fault as magnetic sensor collects rubbish to the point it cant freely move anymore and cluch gets jammed.

Also, I can see P1A8A, U1209, P1755 and P1716. Do we not get a warning for battery if its not good? The clutch is fine on diag box and as I mention I can still manage to drive car provided warning does not come. Does that not mean clutch is fine? I appreciate if you can advise please

@@khyatishah1241 hi mate things do point a bit to battery as you still have a P1A8A fault. I get a cluch parts from gsf car parts normally 4 piece cluch kit including dual mass flywheel cost 500 valeo brand. And if dual mass flywheel is good then you will pay like 270 something for 3 piece cluch kit.

I have been to local garage and he has done live testing and guess what I found "clutch status is slipping" - he was surprised as he said the clutch is still working as I can drive the car. Hydraulic pressure is around 40, reference gearbox actuator position in the gear selection shaft is 39. I found all these in states of the gearbox clutch position. This is clearly I need to change the clutch. 3 piece clutch kit assuming flywheel is fine. I will remember your tip for slave cylinder for sensor. I have also tested battery with Halfords and it is still at 51%. He has also put gearbox transmission fluid in reservoir while changing actuator but it did let him programme it. Shall I ask him to use hydraulic fluid? Anything else I need to be aware of? thanks again for your help.

Just to add that I have also tested clutch, declutch and actuator test while engaging all the gears like you have done in your previous video and it was perfectly fine. I have done all above test but I could not put a jack on to test the gear input speed like you did in you above video. I wish I can upload the photo here which I took of diag box. I went to States of the gearbox - Clutch position on diag box and then I have started car then I could clutch position is slipping along with all above parameters like Hydraulic pressure is around 40, reference gearbox actuator position in the gear selection shaft is 39.

Have you replaced a flyheel, cluch, presure plate and actuator as a 4 piece kit?. Also have you tried bleeding a system with diagbox after you replaced a cluch is good practice to do bleed

@@valerijsbelokurovs8869 fair play mate. Maybe there is some problem with actuator itself. Have you read a life data from vluch possition sensor to see if it reads correct distance of slave travel should be between 5 and 39 i think.

@@valerijsbelokurovs8869 if you using diagbox go to gearbox, personalised parameter measure, and then choose from a ton of measurments. The ones you need is really to check hidraulic presure should be around 40, cluch position and there is one not sure how exactly called but measures a slave cylinder/frust bearing travel then it press the presure plate, so it comes out and while its not pressed i think should measure like 5 and then it press cluch should measure like 30 something cant remember now. Also then you program a bitting point after gear programming you need to start engine. Sometimes i forget to start engine and then its say programming failed then i remember engine was off

Ah how annoying, LPR is a brand to avoid then, you could be unlucky but a simple hall sensor being faulty? Nah! With a complex job like this, I'll stick with the main brands!

I 100% agree with you that was a last thing I would expect I chose LPR as I didn't know the brand and it looked OK I should have payed extra 20£ and get it valeo to match Cluch and pressure plate. The actual slave cilinder is good but the sensor was measuring absolute nonsense only between 26 to 30mm which makes no sense as it should be between 4 to 30mm or so. Thats why it was giving a P1755 Cluch actuator position sensor faulty fault. I learned my mistake now. Gonna avoid LPR brand from now. Had to do a double job becouse of the bloody thing and took ages since I couldn't do it while wrle was having like 3-4 different storms every couple of days.
