I’ve recently discovered that I have ADHD… A lot of the stuff that you’re describing about how you’re hard on yourself, and also finding it difficult to take care of yourself, or get into routine and some of the other emotional things I’ve seen in your videos could possibly be due to having ADHD yourself. I’m not diagnosing, but that might be something you would like to explore if you’re ready for that journey in your life. It has brought me a lot of peace of mind and kindness, and understanding towards myself that I don’t think I would’ve had if I didn’t understand why I process things and react to life the way that I do. Regardless of that I just think you’re amazing and I’m really glad that you’re doing what makes you thrive.

It makes us want to do things privately or only show things when they are finished. "Don't be afraid to be seen trying." That's what I tell myself. My life is a journey. I'm trying.
