No, not unless you wait too long. Most epoxy has a 72 hour window that you can spray another coat without sanding.

thx for the vids/lessons what about sanding primers. ive watched a few channels and have mixed reviews on when and what to sand... I have plans (as soon as Canada comes and gets its drunk weather here in Louisiana) working on my C10. i have different areas of body work and patch work that needs to be completed and not sure which type of primer to use

Just experienced my first primer crack. So, do I need to remove the entire primer on the bumper or just the areas that are cracked?

I have an area on my door I have repaired bonded and sanded. It appears perfectly sanded and smooth yet every time I prime it the primer cracks within minutes so strip I it all down again sand it back to what seems to be perfection spray the primer on and hey presto crack in the primer AGAIN. I have done this now three times and feel like giving up. Can I put some filler over the cracks when the primer has cured maybe 1k filler or what the hell else can I do?

Glad your better. I've had Lyme for 30 years and I'm getting better throught natural herbs.Lyme and Co have similar symptoms.I got CO also last month but I didn't get tested,I doubled my dose of Bit D3 and took zinc.

Kinda off subject but how long can sanded primer sit in the shop before spraying sealer , base coat and clear

I do not know the exact time, but a long time. It is the UV that breaks the primer down and starts oxidizing. In a shop out of the sun would last a long time.

Primer is grossly overrated imo. In many cases the paint sticks better
