Idk what the problem is, slammed this thing ONCE and it wouldn’t reconnect, like come on, should be able to withstand one slam, but the video helped me out and got it reconnected. They definitely do not make them like the tank ps4 controllers, those things are bulletproof 🤣

Honestly y’all this just helped me a lil bit my problem was that my controller was not Turing on it would charge but when I would try and turn it on it would flash once then turn off idk what this issue is called or what it’s cause by but how I fixed it is by getting my ps4 controller then connect it to my ps5 then also have my ps5 controller plugged in at this point the ps5 controller should be glowing orange cause it’s charging but with your ps4 connected go to settings go to accessories go to general then to Bluetooth accessories then go on your ps5 controller and hold the ps button and share button at the same time and it should give you the option to pick the dual sense wireless controller under accessories found and then it should connect back this is what worked for me I had to find this out on my own cause nun of the stuff I watched rlly helped but hopefully this works for y’all

Alright don’t know if this will help but I used a keyboard to get into the accessibility settings on my ps5 then disconnected my controller from the list and after that I was able to reconnect it

If this doesn't work, try holding the playstation symbol and the SHARE button (small button on the top left of the touch pad) on your controller until it blinks rapidly. Do this while your ps5 is on and then connect via USB cable and press the playstation button again. If it doesn't work try doing it while ur ps5 is off and then turn it on manually while the controller is blinking. It worked for me. I hope this helps someone

I’ve tried every video I could find to fix this issue. If you’re having the same trouble as me it’s a system issue. My ps5 is only a year old and already have to get a new one due to not being able to charge or sync a controller. To think these are the most advanced consoles yet, but I had one ps4 for 5-6 years and never had an issue. This is shitty asf

I swear no KZbin tutorial to anything I need a solution to never works & the very first step actually worked for me! I turned on the bluetooth from the Dualsense controller as demonstrated in the first step & then on my PS5 went to settings and selected bluetooth accessories. From there the controller showed up under the accessories found tab & connected!

Hi sir, I had my ps5 recently repaired because something problem with the fan. Now the fan was fixed but i notice my Dualsense PS button can't turn on my PS5 anymore, there is just blue light on dualsense but the console not turning on. When i turn on PS5 directly from the console and then connecting dualsense by pressing PS button, the controller working just fine. My only issue is that when the console is off (even in rest mode and even with the dualsense cable connected), the dualsense PS button can't turn it on. I need help. My controller randomly stopped charging so i watched a vid on how to fix it and it said delete the controller from my ps5, then connect it back but now it won't connect back. It won't even turn on, the orange light is back now but when i press the ps button the blue light just flashes for a second than it goes back to the charging orange light. I tried this and it just didn't work. Even when i take it off the charger it just shows the blue light really fast for like a second, it doesn't even turn on.

I can't even put it in pairing mode I've tried reset, I've tried unplugging ps5 and reconnecting nothing. Tried deleting from Bluetooth assesories, after turning ps5 on is back but grayed out. I've tried multiple c port charges just comes up orange for a second and dissappears. I think it's either fully charged but won't connect or can't hold a charge at all. Any other solutions or am I buying a new battery on Amazon. Help would be appreciated lol.

Thank you I was charging my controller and then suddenly it just stopped working with my PS 5 as soon as I unplugged it As soon as I unplugged it I did as you said I turned off the PS5 and the controller then repluged it back in and press the button and everything worked apparently unplugging it and pressing the PlayStation button ended up desyncing the controller so next time I'll be more careful.😅

Seems ps5 have issues with contacting by usb. My usb charges the controllers but doesn't psir them if new. I had to pair my Spider-Man 2 controller by usb-c to usb-c

anyone ever hear of the controller NOT working when the game starts? Customer claims controller works initially to launch game but when game launches it stops working. He has tried soft and hard factory resets already as well as several other controllers. He has additional tried wiring directly into the console.

Guys I found a way that worked for me, so throwing out there to help someone else. 1 I turn the ps5 on using main controller. 2 I went to Bluetooth accessories in setting. 3 make the controller your trying to connect go in to search mode (pairing mode) 4 It should then appear under the accessories found. 5 use the main controller to navigate to it and press X. Then rest should be pretty self explanatory. Hope it helps someone

There’s charging only cables and the connecting cable make sure you’ve disconnected and forgotten the controller on your phone tho then try and find the right one
