For anyone that is stuck, Just get a keyboard to sign into the ps account then go to the Bluetooth option and connect. It worked for me so I just thought I would share that

@@erfaneslamloo2342 go to settings, accessories, and it should be under General. You can connect, disconnect, or delete your controllers, turn off accessories and Bluetooth from there.

Yea, your console needs to be powered on to be able to properly cycle it's power supply. I don't know why they call it power cycling by the way; makes me think of cycling fsr.

Hi there. Please help me going crazy.. my PS5 switches on like normal but the controller has that flashing blue light. It works on the screen for a few seconds and then it either goes white or orange and then stops working. Can't do anything on the screen. Although there are animations on the screen, I can't do anything because my controller not allowing me to do so.

Happy to help, I know it's pretty frustrating for a lot of folks, especially since we don't even know why it's happening. Mine started the week I got a brand new controller direct from Sony, so I figured it was a software glitch.

To any one out there all you have to do is turn on your ps5 manually plug your remote into the ps5 so it's charging press the Playstation button it will say you need to update your dual control press the update on your TV screen it will automatically sync your controller and that's all you have to do

Mine did this after update. But all I had to do was use the USB C to USB C cable and it setup right away. But needed to be one that goes in small USB port that came with PS5. My regular USB to USB C didn't work and same thing as you

Mine was giving me the same problem, I just manually turned off the ps5 and connected the controller to the usb c charging cable and turned it on with the controller and it seemed to work hopefully this helps someone else

My issue is mine won’t stay connected. All new equipment. New LGC2 tv, new Vizio sound bar and surround sound, new PS5. Controller worked fine for about 2 hours last night. Now it won’t stay connected for more than 15 seconds. It just stays lit up and won’t respond to any input. If I was playing and it lost connection, the last input applied in the game keeps happening. As in if I was jumping, the character keeps jumping.

Essentially, I had an honest conversation with it whereby I let it know it's conduct was detrimental to the team, and it's performance was unacceptable, and if it continued I wouldn't hesitate to replace it with a different color. After this heart to heart, I repeated the same steps as shown in this video, and I haven't had any problems with either controller since. Sometimes, you just gotta treat your electronics like you would a human being, or at least that's what I do.
