We had a dude fly back to our battalion because he apparently failed pushups. The guy doing the Pre Ranger School training just got off the trail of being a Drill SGT straight into an RI. Trust me when I tell you this he didn't send anyone who wasn't at least going to pass RAP Week. I'm not lying when I tell you that they got the guy who got screwed over a new class date within two weeks and that SFC in charge of the train up went with them to make sure that didn't happen again.

Not really, but the novelty does wear off. And cleaning up after machine guns is a pain in the ass, especially if the range is sandy
