One thing that makes each day more exciting. Always be looking forward to something. If you are passionate about something, you will always go 100% towards it. If you stop looking forward to a goal, passion or something that motivates you, you are done! Whats the point after that?

@@Audinator1980 oh without a doubt! That still holds true. I believe what I could have done a better job of is explaining MY Personal Mindset. At this given time, I want to be in Killer shape! Just look good feel good fxck good! Everything! My goal is not to put on 30lbs of mass and look yoked AF! If that was my goal My Mindset would have to be different. I would have to go to a different thought process. Just like when I start training for my Mountain elk hunt this year. I’m not gonna be focused on how I look, it will be about my performance for the Hunt and preparing for the Mountain terrain. Mindset is Everything. Again, I could have done a better job explaining that. And more than likely will on another episode of my new show coming out! Thank you for this comment! Nothing that Seth says is debatable. He is by far the best fitness influencer/motivator when it comes to general life and bodybuilding content. And if Gregg is worried about people being misled by what Seth says there is most likely very little dumb asses who will sit down for a 30-45 min arm workout video and think that if they look like Seth they are also fat lol

Listening to the truths, lessons and real talk, made me realize that being hard on yourself, to be the better version of yourself, doesn't mean it's crazy. I think he’s just worried that if you say something like I got fat, that most people, young people will look at you and see how incredible you look … but then think to themselves if he thinks he’s fat well, what chance do I have ? That could maybe not set the right message. That’s all. Loved the video 👍🏼

Well I had a similar thought like that back in the day when i was made fun of for being chubby as a 12yr old. And rather than sit there and say I’ll never have a chance to be in shape, i got off my ass and did work. I understand where he is coming from. I get it. 100% I’m just not that way. If my attitude makes you uncomfortable about yourself, that is not my problem. I’m not catering my life so that you feel happy and good about yourself. Your happiness and goals in life are your own. My job is to make sure you know there is someone out there willing to work so Fxckin hard it makes you uncomfortable. BUT you can do it as well. And your life, the one that maybe youre dreaming of when you lay down at night is possible if you work for it. 1 day at a time. 1 training session at a time. 1 meal at a time. Shit doesn’t just happen! Some people that don’t know me think I was just given all this shit or it just happened on its own. Companies, bodybuilding career, family, money, physique etc. No, I had to work for every little bit of it. I’m not going to allow anyone to think that if you want something intense or incredible, YOU HAVE TO WORK! And set HIGH Standards!

To be different you have to be a lover of hard work. I am a trainer, I have been teaching courses for more than 15 years and one of the most important things that I try to instill in people is to be lovers of perfection, knowing that perfection does not exist, we must constantly work to get as close as possible to it. This, working in this way is going to lead us to continuous improvement and obviously it is not easy and not all human beings are prepared for this, which is why there are many mediocre people in all work activities. Excellent video, I loved the message since I share the same thought.
