@IndigenousStrandz11 I did something that I truly regret and that was I went to the Dominican and allowed them to straighten my hair. That was the worst thing I could have done. I lost so much hair when I washed it and I believe they used chemicals in my hair. Please help with some hair tips. I’m trying not to cut my hair. Thanks in advance.

@latreace77 Girl I'm so sorry 😢. If you believe they used chemicals you could cut it or allow it to grow out. Do you still have a curl pattern? How much hair did you use. I would say look into strengthing herbs like amla, cassia, or clay mask. Please stay encouraged you'll get through this. I experienced heat damage but not chemical damage

You guys better stop letting other races put their hands in your hair when they have no idea in how to take care of your hair, nor do they care enough to understand your texture of hair.

I am willing to give her a second chance. I'll give her 2weeks and see if she's posted anything new! Meanwhile check out Bianca Renee today and Franchelli Rodriguez if you want some good information on how to take care of & grow long hair. Specifically curly hair. Oh & Curly Proverbs (aka Frieda).

@kelleyr3843 Many fully black women aren't interested in videos about haircare of women who are MIXED, because all the KZbinrs you mentioned are mixed and don't have our hairtype. Her braiding her hair alone is worthy of watching, because she has _type 4 hair_ and she isn't mixed. So your video list is not *IMPRESSIVE AT ALL* 😌

I have no problem growing my hair long. I cut it a November 2022…it was thigh length before I cut it. I cut it into a short bob. It’s tailbone length now. HOWEVER…over the years as I’ve gotten older, my hair has thinned. I take care of it the same way as when it was thicker. I WISH my hair was still this thick. Absolutely gorgeous! And props to you for not cutting it, I got lazy and cut mine. I’m trying to work on my thickness and being patient as it gets longer doing my hair. Welcome back!! It’s so good to see you!!! YOOO! I normally skip KZbin's front page for me, to avoid distractions, and I started to again, but then went back to check and I saw it was you!! So glad to see you back here! Was just checking on your channel again recently with my mother after I brought up something I remembered being said on your channel. It was actually by one of your viewers-she was noting the importance of loving your hair, and asked why would God bless you with more of something you already don't like! 😅 That definitely has stuck with me for a good bit now; it's not gonna go well for me to be trying to grow my hair longer if I'm not on decent terms with and haven't figured out a good, reliable maintenance process for my existing head of hair, lol. Especially dealing with and preventing those bloody tangles, lol. Plus I've got significant chronic health issues and a crazy schedule, so I only have so much time and energy to spare. I need to make sure I'll actually be able to manage my hair at the length goals I have in mind for it! 😂

i would suggest the channel cocoa in kyoto. shes grown her 4c hair very long and secondary protective styles is one of the big reasons! Helped me a lot too with breakage too🩷🩷
@kilaa34172 ай бұрын
My ends broke off for yearssss, what made them stop was proper protective styling (cornrows for 2 to 3 months at a time, or braids) greasing the ends and always using my rev air after washing and before cornrows. Search up natural hair girls doing protective styles for 3 months, 4 months, 2 months etc and implement their practices to your hair care.
