I don’t know about you guys but my gym is really kind and helpful! One of my main fears of attending a gym was judgement and ridicule, but it was the complete opposite. You got these fit men and women freely giving advice or just being in their own little world, and seeing people of my past size continuing to grind was inspiring too. But again, you can get your dream body even in the comfort of your home!

For those of us who can't source Lume where we live, I highly recommend washing once a week with bezoyl peroxide wash or using crystal mineral deodorant which is basically salt, both of which are antimicrobial. That way the odor producing bacteria are killed off and you won't have BO

Yes!!! The one use wipes are phenomenal. My skin has improved so much since using them. I get mine for free from work, they are medical cotton wipes , thick but super soft and I even use them with toner as a face mask ❤❤❤ my skin has never looked better , truly.

Love your videos 😊 what really worked for me for under arm odor was to wash them with panoxyl (key ingredient benzoyl peroxide) after my regular soap and let it sit for a little and that was a GAME CHANGER. Literally no smell.
