I wanna share my 2 cents here. Me my brother and my sister we three had pimple problems...our skin is different and our pimples were also different. We were prescribed many ointments and soaps and medicines by the doctor. But what suited me didn't suit them and what suited them didn't suit me..... After many bad experiences finally Tretinoin worked for. Benzoyl peroxide worked for my brother and erytop cream worked for my sister. While same ointment has bad side effects on others skin. So my purpose here is to tell you guys that your skin is different and no single product is a guarantee. And there is definitely something for you out there. Listen to your doctor and listen to your skin.

To bring 360 degree change in skin (acne, dark spots and scars), 3 months are enough. I have reached 20th day today and 20% reduction in overall skin. First and foremost, bring changes in lifestyle and put healthy food into your body including few supplements prescribed by doctors. Have Vitamin D3 capsules, once in a month and 7 vitamin b12 tablets a month. Include Vegan protein, ‘Berry protein’ sachets every alternate days for 3 months. Cut dairy and reduce sugar consumption. Second, medicinal use inside and outside of the body. Safe to have these antibiotics: Azithromycin (one in morning after breakfast and one in evening after dinner) it’s mandatory to consume 6 tablets for 3 days to treat the condition in gut. DO NOT STOP after 3 meds or 5 or whatsoever. A HERO PRODUCT OF ALL: Adaplene (it’s vitamin A derivative and a third generation retinoid; safer than tretinoin; tretinoin can harm skin but Adaplene is safe and potent) How to use: take a moisturizer (make sure moisturizer have no actives, I’m using Simple hydrating light moisturizer) and take a pea size of Adaplene gel. Mix both gel and moisturizer then apply on face. Keep it over night and USE MOISTURIZER and SUNSCREEN NEXT DAY. Third, active serums and chemical peeling. Please educate yourself about skin and ingredients. I’m doing research since these days and know my skin and ingredients. Applying, conscious chemist Niacinamide serum and trubiom pigmentation corrector cream at night for 3 days a week For chemical exfoliation, Sugandha 5% lactic acid. Why lactic acid: Lactic acid is mild and gentle than AHA(glycolic acid) and BHA(salicylic acid). Also, lactic acid is an AHA but have large molecules so it doesn’t go deep into skin and does it job from upper layer of skin whereas glycolic acid get penetrates and irritates skin How to exfoliate: once in a week, keep for 20 min then simply wash your face with water and apply moisturizer (do not apply Adaplene or other serums) Other than this add salicylic acid smartly How: use salicylic acid cleanser in morning only. (I am using it in morning for 3 days a week only because this will also exfoliates skin and over exfoliating means damaging skin then more acne) The best I have used so far is Kaya skin and plum cleanser which has salicylic acid. In evening, I’m using Simple refreshing cleanser or sebamed foaming face wash. Both are best. But but but, if you want just one beat cleanser then baby go for Actame-C face wash. My cousin is using since six months and her skin looks wow. Also, use Miscellar water in evening for 4 days a week to double cleanse. Hence, conclusion: 3 days Adaplene 3 days niacinamide and pigmentation corrector cream 1 night for chemical exfoliation (sugandha is really best, I can see result by using once wowowowww). Guys. I did the 30 days tret challenge and it worked. Thanks sristy for being the best. Please follow every step like sristy says. Ofcourse products can differ. But basic steps should remain the same. And 30days can be difficult, but after 15days you will notice, no matter what you do tretinoin does not allow even 1 new pimple to arise. So yes good luck. This is the only solution. Believe me I tried everything

Hi love, i used EryptoN gel when i had acne, its an anti bacterial cream with Niacinamide in if which controls oil production, i used to apply it in the morning right after clensing my face. Like i used Kojic acid in the AM routine. If you have active acne then go for EryptoN gel and if you have more acne scars then go for kojic acid. 0.05% is a very high concentration, my skin is very used to tretinoin but whenever i use 0.05% concentration it would peel my skin and make it very painful for a week but after a week it gets back yo normal because my skin is used to tretinoin thats because i have been using it from the past year so you should always start with lower concentration of 0.025%. Its very painful for few weeks for beginners to adjust with the lowest concentration aswell but you have to have some patience for great skin that comes afterwards and bear a little pain. Yes, you can use for large pores but it will take time and you have to have good amount of patience as you have them for years. I would suggest going for a weekly exfoliating chemical peel too.
