This is one of the reasons hubby and I moved to Cornwall. Yes you still have to get on with day to day living same as anywhere, but we love walking and taking time out by the sea for our minds to reset. Everyone is different as you say and we all find our go to thing that helps. The garden too is such a good place to be especially doing work out there. I have suffered with anxiety forever and I always seem to be more anxious in the mornings. I have found that getting up earlier than everyone else and having a slow morning has helped so much. It seems to set me up for the day so much better. X

My favourite part of the morning is taking my Cavalier King Charles spaniel for a walk. I’m very lucky to live on the edge of ancient woodland and try to go out early when all you can hear are the birds and the trees. Really calms the mind in a stressful life.

I do the same as you, after seeing to my rescue greyhound Madge, and taking her out for a walk for exercise, and to do her business, I feed her, and make myself a cup of tea and go back to bed and read, journal and watch some you tube channels I follow. I find this an important way to start my day. xxx

It’s funny to see the differences in Cornwall vs where I live in the states. Because here, Orgain protein powder is legit in every grocery store. It’s the most common vegan one here, well at least where I live.

As far as I know, if you are deficient enough in B12 to need it medically replaced, then injections are the proper way forward. (I am currently waiting for a Crohn's diagnosis to be confirmed and as a result of the flare am deficient in a lot although I suspect that I have been low in B12 even before this). x

I have crohns and need B12 injections every 12 weeks and an iron infusion every 6 months. They are so helpful to help fatigue and brain fog that comes with crohns :)

Maddie I remember you said you don’t love beetroot much (same) my mom makes this salad & I asked her what it had on it, maybe this will help: beets, carrots (you want to boil the carrots, but only for maybe 1-2 minutes), red onion, salt, white vinegar, lemon juice, & oregano hope this maybe helps your dislike for them (I like them like this), you can also add cauliflower to it if you want (as well as running them in hot boiling water) to make them just a bit less hard (but still a bit crunchy same goes for the carrots)
