As the temperatures gradually dip here in Australia, and the mornings are dark once again, I find myself savoring the quietude before the sun rises once more 🥹
Today I thought I'd share with you my ideal morning routine as of lately. While the core elements remain the same, I aspire to build more consistency, particularly in activities that contribute to my well-being, such as exercise, exercise, and yes, exercise... 💪

I came from a family that is the opposite of mindful and intentional. However, I struggled because I am a person who is very mindful and intentional. Growing up I saw that as a negative. Over the last few years it has become something I admire about myself. I love watching your videos so much. They are all so soothing. I also love waking up at 5am for some ‘me time’ before my little boy wakes up.
