Thank you for sharing! I’ve suffered from severe GERD for 3 years, I have lost my smell and taste for 2 1/2 years. So many foods cause me pain. I have sinus issues and Esophagus issues from the acid burning up right into my sinus. I vomit bile often and poop pure bile also. It Comes with so many more symptoms and issues. Its much more mild then your dealing with but boy it’s depleted my quality of life on top of chronic migraines and chronic shoulder and neck pain from a work injury. Everyday is a battle. You give me hope so thank you love 💜🙌🏻

This makes me feel so emotional watching and listening your stories! The amount of things you went through with all those awful people that treated you so badly. Yet you still made it out the other side and became successful and made something of yourself. You should be so unbelievably proud of yourself and what you’ve achieved. Most University students could not have done what you did but you showed motivation, dedication and pure fight! I truly believe you can do anything you put your mind to!

I have the same illness Imogen. And it's so debilitating. It's like we are just barely surviving. So when I watch you, I know you are just trying to get on with it and be positive, that's why I love your videos. I was so sad when you was down with all the hate, I wish people could have more empathy, dealing with this illness is hard enough never mind narrow minded peoples comments. I'm going to D.M you insta. We are Gastroparesis Warriors. So proud of you.. stay strong..💜

You are so inspirational to me, we are so similar in ways of our physical and mental illnesses. I still haven’t got to the bottom with what’s wrong with my stomach. I’ve been feeling really alone and almost not normal compared to everyone else lately. Im still awaiting to be seen by the right specialists and they’re saying 18 weeks😩 but im too scared to hurry them along even though I am in pain. But Imogen, the way that you are so positive and strong with everything you deal with is incredible, been watching you for a while now and thank you for making me feel like im not alone xxxxx

This is so interesting to me, i have gastroparesis and intestinal failure, I’m fed via a jejunostomy and also have a PEG to drain bile from my stomach, things are getting worse and we’re considering TPN now. Initially when i started watching you i had an NJ and NG tube (now they’re surgical, a PEG and Jejunostomy) and you’ve been such a positive influence on my confidence and approach to my health. Having grew up basically in hospital the whole time, it’s nice to have relatable people to look up to!

I have gastroparesis as well, however it is due to post surgical procedure and the surgeon had told me. However, adjusting to the symptoms, to the medication, to the new diet and lifestyle after the diagnosis was a challenge and it still is. I been living with the condition for one year and is a continuing trial and error. I wish all the best to all the people struggling with gastroparesis. You are not alone.

I don’t have any issues with my stumach, but I watched all the parts of this series and it was really interesting (if you can call it that?). You are doing a very nice thing opening up about this and helping people. I did have serious healthissues with my throat and that lasted for two years from the time I was 17-18 years old also spending time in the hospital. It was truly awful beeing in so much pain and beeing that young and feeling all alone! So in some sort of way I can relate to your story. Thank you for sharing once again! I found out by myself that I had candida overgrowth in my stomach so I switched my nutrition and I feel so much better, its almost gone and I can totally live with it now. I get some symptoms again sometimes but only if I'm eating too much sweets. Sorry for my bad English I'm from Germany 😅 so so much love to you, stay strong 💕

I swear I only just started watching and now it's finished. The time flew so fast watching today's video. I've been bed bound for 18 months. It's so frustrated, I know what's wrong with me now. Finally diagnosed Nov 2019 and the thought process you mentioned in the video made so much sense to me. I was so happy to know why I couldn't walk (I have a partially dislocated right hip and fibromyalgia) however they won't do a hip replacement because they fear that the fibro could be part of the reason my left hip replacement was unsuccessful back in 2014. So they don't want to put me through that on my right leg. So depressing but you just have to take it one day at a time. I look forward to all of your videos and avidly following this full series. *Gentle hugs* xx

I have stomach issues due my Automatic Nerves Dysfunction, was told the vagus nerve in my stomach doesn't seem work properly, they found that out last year when I had my Vagus Nerve checked but also have EDS and that doesn't help matters, but I'm waiting to see a Neurogastroenterology in London. I haven't been diagnosed yet.. but I do sounds similar to you but not as bad. your so so so strong hun, even though we are the same age, I really do look up to you, your so inspiring to me ❤ x
