Blondie in China

In my opinion, Sydney Chinatown is the best Chinatown in the world (and as a Sydneysider, I guess I'm not at all biased ;P ). But seriously, who can say no to amazing authentic Chinese food, with some of the best, freshest ingredients in the world. Sydney Chinatown is the bomb.com , and if you're in Sydney, you should check it out!

Twenty years ago, when I first came to New Zealand, my homestay mum was wondering why I always cooked for her rather than stayed enjoying her kiwi foods. I talked her that I was kinda Cantonese eatie. I could eat all four leg things except the table, and I could all two leg things except the people. 😄 From then on, she always joked with me, “Don’t look at my tiger!” Tiger 🐯 was our beloved ginger cat🐈 .

@@BlondieinChina I'd love to say it is much bigger, because there are so many Asian people in Southern California. The Chinatown in LA city is not good, because it is so old. However, in the past few decades, a lot of new immigrants from China moved to cities near LA. In several cities to the east of LA city, the Asian population is at least 50%. In those cities, you can see Chinese words and Chinese restaurants everywhere. When Chinese people in LA talk about Chinatown, we mean the new Chinese places near LA, but not the one in the city of LA.

Fish maw is not stomach. You have to make a correction here. It is air bladder en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swim_bladder Dried Raw fish maw is fine but the tastest one is not that. Put it in hot oil to deep fry or put it in hot sand or hot salt.it will become bigger. put it in broth cook together. fish maw can absorb broth like a sponge. the fish maw becomes juicy and tasty.
