We all need food, why is it not free. To produce professional quality material need significant time and money, most tai chi teachers like myself provide lots of free things, and tai chi teachers are really not well renumerated compared to the amount of good work we did. During this challenging time I have provided a Free Program to help improve immunity and relieve stress through KZbin. Please search my name Dr Paul Lam and a Free Program to help improve immunity and relieve stress and you will it. I also provide first lessons of all my programs and tai chi sets free on KZbin. My special thanks for people who did express your appreciation in different forums. It helps our team greatly!

I appreciate free content. I purchased your DVD ( 24 Form), I found it low quality production, unfortunately with a low-level student demonstrating it along with you.The DVDs are expensive, please upgrade the production values. I bought 42 form DVD from someone else. Blessings and thank you.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a week ago, and was devastated, until I stumbled across your introduction to Tai Chi on KZbin. I practiced your lesson on Tai Chi for Arthritis, and found it wonderfully meditative, your soothing voice and movements make it easy to perform. I think that eating healthy foods, drinking enough water and a positive attitude will be of great benefit. Thank you Dr. Lam, I will keep on doing the lessons everyday and never give up on it.😀🌿🌸

Also have a look into Radon Therapy. I too have arthritis and to me this Therapy has been nothing but a miracle of healing. Radon Therapy heals the immune system long term. It is possibly in Japan, Austria , and a few other places. Tai Chi is second best here I’m afraid .. but much easier to access. I very much appreciate Dr. Lams efforts, grace and free teachings. If only more people were like him.

Thank you Dr. Paul Lam for your books, your programs, your workshops and for sharing detailed information about the Internal & External Principles of Taijiquan which many Masters don't share & some Instructors don't know. Of the few Masters I've received instruction from even in China, most only focus on just the physical forms. Many of us who have the basic forms & sequences down, crave to learn more of the Internal Art of Taijiquan, to learn & practice Taijiquan at a much, much deeper level, in applying the principles, to work & improve the Qi cultivation & flow. I love the idea on focusing on one principle at a time as you practice. Through the years, I've learned so, so much from you, much of which is often hidden from the West, much many Masters are not willing to share. Looking forward to another In-Depth Workshop (24?).

Thank you Dr. Lam. I appreciate all your teachings and they have helped me with my knee, elbow, and lower back pains. I also have a lot better balance than I did before starting your Tai Chi program... unfortunately there is no one my local area that teaches Tai Chi.

I will expand on 3 The way to move is not to move you.You allow gravity to bring your arms down .Relaxing just enough so gravity brings you down slowly. Your built on circular hinges like the shoulder, elbow, ect, when gravity brings you down momentum will bring you back up.The arms can move because the waist turns or the weight shifts You can solidify the arm by placing a little tension in the wrist so the arm will move more.You can also move ,including the arms, by the bodies ability to expand and compress by springing back because of its elasticity due to its flexibility. Expand and then relax you'll compress ,relax again you'll expand The only thing I move in the form is my ankle this swings out the leg.When the foot comes down it has force so it pushes the rest of the body through connections to change shape as it follows. I will add 4. Tai chi is done with sensitivity. The body weight of the torso is over one leg that leg is being pressurized ,in comparison the other leg has a feeling of emptiness void and space.As the weight shifts into the empty leg it becomes pressurized in the foot first That pressure will then rise and fill up the body as the weight continues to shift like pouring water into a container When the weight shifts back into the original leg, the feeling is emptying out from the top down.You do not have to feel every little bit inch by inch to benefit Foot ,knee,hip, back and head is enough to feel up and down .You dont have to practice fast to turn the nervous system on.Once on the nervous system can function fast This will give you the ability to be more sensitive to what you focus on ,you will be able to respond faster and your movements will be empowered If your moving with a feeling of resistence your moving with a feeling of fullness and therefore the mind may have a different focus than filling up and emptying out as the body weight shifts from leg to leg.Energy is matter,matter is energy.E=Mc□ Fullness and emptiness exist simultaneously in the same time and space.If you never use your muscles they get weaker.This muscle use is the feeling if fullness Relaxation is the feeling of emptiness void and space.The Yin and the Yang.Too much muscle and the chi won't flow. You can in addition, do both ways to gain new insights and perspective. I know more principals of movement .The principals stated are enough to bring you into the Tao

There is some evidence that tai chi helps cancer, two studies done with Tai Chi for Arthritis program, one with breast cancer and another with bowel cancer. both show improvement from participants... here are several ways it works: 1. Studies have shown tai chi improves immunity, which is the ability of the body to find germs and cancer. 2. By making a proactive decision to do something positive to help one’s own condition - it sets up a positive healing process. The mind relats to the body in many ways, for example, a positive mind improves healing ability and make a person happier. 3. Our tai chi programs are shown to improve mental and physical health which in term improve the coping ability and healing power of the body. 4. Tai Chi for Arthritis is designed to especially focuses at improving qi, which according to traditional Chinese medicine improve any medical condition I would recommend a regular intensive course of Tai Chi for Arthritis or Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, either of them or both could help.

This might be a silly question but i am curious. Is there a form within tai chi that can help deal with cancer, either by getting rid of it or slowing it down? i realise this is a big question and it probably doesn't but i feel that i should ask. I am happy to be told i am wrong if that is the case

Why Every master just gives introduction to of the subject and then charges. Why cannot you provide the whole course free on the internet, so that whole world can benefit from it. Is not it a great service to the humanity???
@daughterofthecreator25853 жыл бұрын
Sometimes I feel the same way, but we can just be grateful for what we do find free, until we can afford lessons or a DVD, these teachers have to live in the real world too, as they have overhead expenses for tai chi studio, and of course they have to eat and provide for a family. Sometimes what doesn't seem fair is in due course, maybe one day you'll find someone who teaches in your community for free. But don't give up pursuing better health in the meantime.
