I've just started applying coriander juice & aloe vera gel on my scalp. Leaving it on for an hour or so. I'd lost a ton of hair since my miscarriage and never quite recovered from it. Heard this treatment starts to work within a week. Crossing my fingers!

Lovely job! Three months into my growth and still addicted to daily haircare videos. I currently don't have a satin pillowcase, but sleep in a protective style (braid or bun in a scrunchie). I also recommend monthly inverted scalp massages for a week (5 minutes). I have actually grown nearly an inch a month with everything I've done.

I found that since i don't color my hair anymore (since I was pregnant then I didn't have the time last year) my hair has gotten much healthier. Also I had some hairless in the front/sides after I had Natalie but within 2 months it was growing back and by 6-8 months it was pretty much most of the way grown in again. Don't use any hot tools if you can!

I use aloe Vera to make my hair grow, it works. You want to cut off the leave to get to the aloe Vera gel, I blend it and put it on my scalp for about 1 hr, wash it off n repeat once a week. Stay indoors, I've heard that sunlight and aloe will lighten your hair. I'm going to try your tips. Thanks for your videos, really enjoy them.

It could be hormonal changes, that's common as a teenager :) Make sure you're eating right (iron, proteins, and vitamins are super important), getting loads of sleep, and keeping your hair healthy - minimum heat, hair masks once in a while, etc. Stress could also cause a lot of hair fall so I hope you're staying calm ♥

+annabanana There are some cheaper alternatives for example you can use a shampoo or conditioner with biotin and keratin in it which are found at the drugstore. Combine that with a multivitamin (which you should be taking anyway) will help. Also there are oils and hair treatments at drugstore prices. Suave has a line of professional products that are really good. Also, places like Beauty Brands and Ulta have sales where you can get salon products for $10 or 11 dollars. I hope this helps!

U can also use a microfiber towel on your hair. Just as the cotton in the pillowcase and towel absorb water, they stripe away moisture (cause water is moisture in the end :p). you can find it in any beauty store, it also comes in a turban kind of style to wrap it up or you could always just pad with it like ur doing here

Rachel thank you so much for posting this video. I am trying to grow my hair out since I cut it and its taking a long time. I was wandering if you had any tips for me on another issue I am having with my hair. I can wash my hair and then the next day the roots are so oily. It literally looks like I haven't washed my hair in several days when in reality its only been a day. I have tried not applying my conditioner to the roots when I wash my hair and I only wash it every other day. I try to go longer than that but it just looks so oily that I usually cant go more than a day. Also I have tried dry shampoo but when I use it on my hair it makes it feel really gross. I don't know if maybe I got a brand that just doesn't work with my hair or what it was the first time I have ever bought a dry shampoo. If you have any suggestions of what I should be doing please help me?
