I’ve only actually played two new games this year so far, one of which was a port of a game from the previous year, Crash N Sane Trilogy. So solely by being the only one I actually played, Super Mario Party is my favourite game of 2018

Yeah, as fun as 2018 got anyway. Soul Calibur looks kinda cartoonish doesn't it? as well as Ashen. I can't help mostly all modern games have realistic graphics.

i played State of Decay 2, A Way Out, Far Cry 5, Metal Gear Survive, and Ashen mostly on co op with him and yes they are actually fun, we also own and played/completed Mario Tennis Aces, Kirby Star Allies, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Super Mario Party or other games you most likely want to see on this list for some reason (because a lot of people on this channel act like if it's not Nintendo it sucks), but not everyone likes the same things, i personally don't think those games are all amazing or anything, or not that much changed from their previous games (that is what i think personally from playing them) and the year would have to be REALLY bad to include sports and party games of any kind as top 10 imo lol

i don't think Nintendo's games or cartoonish games are bad, Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild were great, we just weren't impressed with any games like those this year

Yeah, it's really good. I think Red Dead would have won it but Rockstar had some controversy surrounding it while the votes were happening. Either game winning was fine with me though.

​@@javern0236 it is, i have it and beat World of Light and play it still online only, i still say it is a port, so does GASG which is why it isn't in his list (besides lack of modes) it's the same game as Wii U with minor changes and added Stages/Characters, it could have easily just been DLC for Smash Wii U

@@fakeleak1024 Sakurai even said it was a port, he says they built off the Wii U game nintendosoup.com/sakurai-super-smash-bros-ultimate-was-built-on-top-of-the-previous-game/ anyone with eyes can see that they obviously did that lol, Mario and many other characters play exactly the same in Wii U and Ultimate, you can see the difference if you look at how the characters play or their animations from Smash 64 to Melee to Brawl, if you don't see what i'm talking about, you're choosing not to see it lol, i own the game and play it daily and still see it as an enhanced port

WarewolffDB no i played it and i hated it for being a zombie game with no Snake you can't have Metal Gear without Snake Knoami fucked it up and the game got a huge negative review

@@DashieNegan41 they already had games without Snake lol, MGS2 and Metal Gear Rising, and also those reviews make no sense because Survive is literally MGSV without Big Boss (which got amazing reviews) it plays/controls exactly the same, so those are also bandwagon "konami is the devil" reviews lol, i never believe reviews because some of my all time favorite games are rated low Spiderman PS4 got amazing reviews, but my experience with it was glitches everywhere, clipping through the ground and falling into the white abyss, missions not progressing past where they're supposed to, the web mechanics making me attach to the wrong thing, cutscenes messing up, it was unintentionally hilarious my entire playthrough, but i really disliked the Mary Jane and Miles parts
