Blow dry your hair sitting down really helps for POTS

Great tip! I actually don't blow dry my hair at all, just let it air dry or wrap it in a microfiber turban that dries it super fast.

Oh my goodness this video is a godsend for me! I have Still’s disease and I have a very hard time washing my hair and even trying to put it in a ponytail. If I wash my hair that day I can’t do anything else because I’m in so much pain. Thank you so much for this video. I hope you’re doing well 😊

Hi sweetheart! I have an EDS based channel (only post every now and again) but I’m over in the uk! and I have a similar video on my channel about my hair, however I did the opposite and I shaved the sides of my hair and had big sunflowers cut in to it. A year on now and only I have my fringe and side pieces. I really do feel your pain though. Hair has always been one of my biggest problem areas as my left shoulder dislocates so often, I used to end up roping my hubby in to help me, but not so much these days. Stay safe you wonderful zebra 🦓 ♥️

Hi! HSD here... I loved the tips and would like to return the favor with some other tips. Qua hair cut I always try to have it with layers, which makes the hair less heavy and less to work with when drying. I do try to update the cut often so to keep it light. The good thing about it is that I can keep the length I want but less hair. And about putting the hair in a ponytail and getting headaches: using those elastics that look like old phone cords it's like magic; I almost never get headaches from ponytails anymore. Also braiding it some days is helpful. May I ask which color/brand do you paint your hair? I have my purple but is not as nice as yours =)

Hi Angie, I know this so random, but you once posted a video on how you make yogurt in your instant pot and I can’t seem to find it. I know it was awhile ago. If you still have it, is there any way you can send me the link? I love all your videos. Thank you!

If you wear your hair down can you notice the undercut? I really want one but I don't think my office will approve of it. But I was thinking I'd just wear my hair down at work to hide it & then up at home.

You couldn't even tell I had an undercut when my hair was down. 😊

@@AngelaHepp This sounds perfect then! My hair's super thick & I really struggle to wash it with all of my health issues. It looks like an undercut might help take away some of the density. Right now I've got to section my hair in 3 parts when I wash it, or product won't rinse out. Plus 40+ minutes to blow dry it 😬

I just posted a video of how I cut my hair even shorter! It's so easy to care for now. I love it!
