REQUEST: Would like to see you in an upcoming tutorial rig up & fish a Z-Man Finesse 4" Big TRD Canadian Craw (or other colors) with a Z-Man TRD SpinZ Tail Spinner, using a Z-Man Texas Eye 3/16 oz Finesse Jighead Gold Eye hook to catch Flounder, etc from a calm water Shore. 🌴 ha, I was waiting to see a pompano jig and teaser there , mirrodine are more realistic but paddle tails give out more action and move thru the water at a faster movement and I think it triggers the fish into attacking it like it’s escaping from them , surface lures are a lot of fun especially if you can site fish and see the fish attack it , but my friend you left out - fly fishing now that’s a whole different kind of fun🤣👍🏼

I'm a hair jig guy. Feathers/hairs + jig = fish. Add a bit of flash, gills, eyes or rubber legs to spice it up . I tie my own than I'll know it will be tied properly every time.

I’m in the same area. Been fishing lures and have yet to ever get a single bite on a lure. Any video on how to select a good area to fish from shore with lures?

@@frostizz2072 I can go to spots I see people absolutely slaying on youtube videos and nothing. I'm in the Tampa Bay area, just like Thonny. I guarantee I could go to the same spots he is at, throw the exact same lures, and he would clean up and Id get nothing. I can catch some stuff on real bait, but the lures just elude me.

​@galamonkey sometimes tides are everything. For example one spot can be great incoming but outgoing is a ghost town. Keep hopping around, don't sit it one spot for half an hour when nothings biting. Work the lures til you get very good and familiar with them and eventually you'll figure out where, when, how, why etc... it takes time!
