Early morning first 1 glass of soaked dry fruits; by 1 ot 2 hrs later 1 bowl of nuts and cucumber salad, by 12.00 - 2 dosa or 3 idli or 1 cup upma; evng by 5 cucumber or sweet potato or dry fruits, by 6.30 1 cup butter milk and by 7 - 7.30 - 2 dosa or 3 idli or 1 cup upma. In between hot water as much as I can.
