I deal with super tight hips, probably nothing compared to what you’re dealing with. I’ve incorporated these into my warmup routine every day and it’s made EVERYTHING less painful. Thanks, Amanda!!

Loved the new beginning and end to the video. Great advice on how to stay healthy and what to do when you’re injured or something is bothering you. I neglected proper stretching and warm ups for a long time and had issues as a result. Now I make sure I get it in before working out. How are things in Boston going? Hopefully you and the Hubby are adjusting well!

Thanks, it's very useful. Could you please explain why you put your foot on a plate on 4:09. Why not just keep it on a floor?

This is great! I have the same femur issue that's causing some damage to my labrum. I work at a PT/chiropractic office and I get relief from treatment but looking for more stuff to do at home. The distraction exs are exactly what I needed!

On the 4th stretch where you sit on the floor, lean into the stretch and back, I've implemented these stretches in my routine the last 2 weeks and noticed that when I sit on the floor with the left leg in front at a 90 position I have a very hard time leaning into it and maintaining my knee on the ground. Switch it up and no issues with the right leg at a 90. Coincidentally my left knee has been hurting so I'm wondering if the issues are related. To get the left side to cooperate like the right is it just a matter of continually doing these to loosen up that left side hip flexor? Recommend anything else? Love your channel Amanda, and good luck with the move up north!

What helped you string together bar muscle ups? Sometimes I can get two or three and then it’s just singles majority of the time, but then I can get 5 or more strung together on the rings.
