I have unifix cubes on my list of things to get, but I can't decide if I actully want them. Right now we just use our duplos and it's been wokring great.

We have duplos as well, but have never used them for that purpose! But we have a specific step stool that is a storage stool and it holds all the duplos. So it has more a “play” set up. I can say Aerie will sit and use the unifix cubes for way longer than duplos haha!

Maybe when the kids get a little older you could buy them some wiggle chairs. They have whole chairs that can rotate all sorts of ways and come in different heights with different colors to recognize

I have to add unifix cubes to my Christmas list! My daughter is going to be 2 in December and I’m always looking to your channel for ideas for toys and learning activities for her! I first heard about the Schleich animals on here and I ordered her a few to start and she just loves them! She definitely will be getting some animal Christmas stocking stuffers this year! Ive seen the unifix cubes alot latley what would you say the difference is between them and say lego or duplo ? :)

Unifix cubes are specifically for math. Duplos are for building and creating different scenes, they are for younger kids, and just a smaller step to regular legos. While unifix cubes will be used in a school setting all through elementary age! You technically could use regular legos sort of in the same way, but you can’t get ahold of as many color options in the same size to be able to do what you need with them.
