KNITTING. I was obsessed for a year and I made a baby sized sweater by the end. It's such a great fidget. You will definitely improve so much if you keep at it.

Lol right! I'm glad I found a more productive fidget -- and knitting has been fun. My sister just gave birth... hoping to knit a little something for the baby. Thank you for your comment.

Thanks so much for this! Quick thing, your audio has background noise that is mildly distracting. If you run it through something like audacity or something like that it helps a ton with audio quality, and I believe it’s free. Thanks again!

​@@rachelanita Lol yes! Try exercise also! Going for a walk is exercise and good to clear your mind and get some sunshine, do more than just walk those 3 stairs! I'm going to try to go to the gym and start working out everyday

I've been thinking of getting back into exercise! I'm hesitant because it used to really negatively affect my energy levels before I got my ADHD diagnosis and got on medication... like even a walk would wipe me out... but maybe now things are different!
