I LOVE how you addressed the set-up wasn't exactly symmetrical, it may seem like a small issue, but for someone like me it was a constant annoyance until I finally had the same realization as you. My set-up continually changes and shifts to fit whatever stage of life I'm in, and that the fact it may not be perfectly symmetrical or sometimes it's off-center is also a delightful part of the set-up artistry we enjoy.

This is actually very similar to my current setup. The only main difference is that I have a 38" monitor as a main monitor and a MX Keys Mini instead of the Mac keyboard. I also don't have the eGPU so I have to use two USC-C/Thunderbolt cables. I also have another chair, other speakers and another lamp. I even have more or less the exact layout on the screens as he had as a software developer(I am a developer myself). I just have a smaller terminal window as I have a smaller monitor. I'm really happy with this setup. It's pretty expensive, but for me it is worth it.
