I'll never forget the biggest trick I've ever done on El Toro. It was April 1st, 2018 not long ago. I told my brother to hold my cellphone and film me doing a heelflip on El Toro. He knows heelflip is one of my best trick. I can do it better than any other trick. But as everyone knows this is not your ordinary place. He hated me for it but he went along anyways. It's nice to think that , but we're all grown now and all bullshit kudos and positive vibes aside, he lived what, a couple blocks from there for ten, twenty,or who knows how many years AS A PRO SKATER and I'm sure not just what I've seen on film but he's definitely been there having sessions on other parts of that place as well as in the background peepin his homies throwing themselves down it. Yet out of all the knarly Andrew R accomplishments and milestones, he just never threw his hat in the ring on this one. I know I know, just goes to show that spots on film or in person have there come together puzzle piece elements to them, as well as let's just say ,❤skatestopperish obstacles throwing you off the intended mark. But unique styles make skateboarding art.
