1. cut off carbs/limit calories (no rice, soft drinks, etc.) 2. slowly remove/reduce rice from your diet IF you can :) 3. instead of rice, you can have wheat bread, potatoes, juice, salads 4. she makes sure to eat breakfast (eggs, tuna, oatmeal) 5. she often doesn't eat lunch/heavy dinner (smoothies as alternative for dinner) 6. drinking hot tea for metabolism once or twice a day (max of 3 cups; you can add lemon) 7. cutting off coffee 8. no heavy meals after 4 pm 9. eating fruits as snacks 10. 3-4 litres of water everyday 11. drinking collagen (optional) 12. workout once or twice daily (she follows chloe ting workouts; she does workouts before lunch or before dinner) she also makes it a note that vit. E is not for everybody, and that working out with a buddy helps.

I’m sure she doesnt mean it this way but omg some of these “tips” aren’t true at all. Carbs are your body’s main source of energy, completely cutting them out isn’t good for your body. Same with rice. 3-4 litres is WAYYY too much if you also drink other stuff, 2 liters is enough. Drinking tea doesnt help with weight loss, but some teas are just good for your body like green tea but it doesnt give you major results. EAT. THREE. MEALS. A. DAY. Not eating lunch doesn’t magically make you lose weight, if you eat lunch with enough protein, fiber, vitamins etc it’s not bad. Also no heavy meals after 4 pm?? when are you supposed to eat dinner then? It’s a myth to not eat after a certain time, it’s not like you’re gonna gain 10 pounds of you eat at 9 pm, your body doesnt work that way. These are just my opinions :)

Hey, i was 65 kilos before. Now i’m proud to say that I am 50kilos. What i did was i did keto diet. No rice, bread, pasta, potatoes or carbs at all. No sweets too. Instead of sugar, i used sweetener. I reduced weight in just 3months. Yes! Just 3 months. Try it. Just sharing 😊

Mine and yours are quite similar. I currently weigh 74kg but my goal weight is 60kg. I started actively trying to lose weight last week, so I haven't really made much progress although my goal is to try and lose 5kg first, hopefully I'm able to. Wish me luck (also I reduced my diet and started jump rope)

Lost a lot of weight through starving but it really messed up my hormones, I didn't have regular periods for 3 years. I've recovered now and gained a lot of weight, now I'm actively trying to lose weight the healthy way, I weigh 74kg, and my goal weight is 60kg. I'm on the same exact journey babygirl I started at 74kg, I want to get to 60kg and I'm at 68kg now. What I did to literally shed 6kg in a few days was drink a shit ton of water which keeps you full legit all the time it's no joke and I didn't even have to force myself. I suggest getting a water bottle with a straw because straws make you want to drink more you'll be SHOCKED. By drinking more water my portions started getting NOTICEABLY smaller and I stopped craving so much sweets or overeating 👍 you got thiss

Starting weight: 75kg Current weight: 65kg Goal weight: 55kg Im 13 :) Okay hey guys! Since a lot of you guys have been asking me what I did I will try to get as much info I can remember at this moment and give it to you guys. So let's start I want to start of with saying water, water is your BEST friend. Water is going to help you so much with your weight loss journey. I've been taking a much needed break for the last week and I've just been eating healthier and drink 2L of water and I've already lost almost 2kg. Okay so what you eat is probably the most important part of the weight loss process. It's know that 80% of the process consists on what you put into your body. But remember you can still be eating healthy but overeat. At the end of this comment I will be documenting what I eat in a week. Cut your portion sizes. When you cut your portions it will learn the stomach to eat less and the stomach will shrink. You see, when you overeat it just stretches and stretches your stomach to fit all the food you're eating. So as you overeat daily, your stomach just gets bigger and bigger. Let's get to carbs. A lot of people tell you to stay away from carbs, but DON'T. You should only stay away from bad carbs. There are good carbs and bad carbs. Good carbs take longer to be broken down by the body which means you will stay full for longer and is used for energy. They are found in whole grains, and things like brown rice, oats, potatoes and products made from whole wheat flour, vegetables and some fruits. You see these good carbs contains Fibre, which is soooo important when it comes to weight loss. fiber helps keep your gut bacteria healthy and promotes overall fat loss by reducing your appetite. It keeps your digestive system healthy. Bad carbs refers to foods that contain refined carbohydrates with a low fiber amount, mainly white flour and sugar. Things like white rice, white bread, sugary cereals, French fries, pizza ect. So eat lots of carbs but make sure its healthy carbs. There is a huge difference between the two. Stay away from salty foods. Salt is a huge weight gainer I would recommend not eating anything after 6pm so your body has some time to digest the foods you've eaten that day. Remember it's okay to eat thing like cake, pizza, fries, doughnuts ect. Just not on a daily basis. If you're out with friends eat that dessert if you want to. Have a cheat day. Let's say you're cheat day is Sunday. Then that day drink soft drinks eat pizza, eat cakes, eat a family sized bag of chips. Eat what you want. But lets say it's a Wednesday and your mom doesn't have time to cook, and she buys fast food, that's okay. Eat it. You don't have to skip dinner because it's not healthy. You guys will see in my little 7 day documentary that I don't eat just good things. Drink a glass of water 30 minute before meals In the morning, 30 minute bofore you eat, drink a cup of warm water with lemon juice Okay let's get to exercise. Let's start with cardio. Cardio is very important when it comes to weight loss. Cardio is that exercise that gets your heart rate up, gets you sweating. If it's dancing, walking, hiit, swimming(swimming is a great fun cardio). Cardio is basically the exercise that makes you lose all that fat. Walking is also really good for fat loss. I personally walk for 45 minutes a day and that will help you soooo much. Cardio is so important. But find the cardio exercise that you enjoy the most. Then there is toning exercises. This will just help you to define your muscles. I've done soooo many different exercise videos. You guys don't understand I have this really bad habit where if I don't see results in 5 days from an exercise I try a new one. It's a really bad habit that I'm trying so hard to break because I KNOW that it will take at least a week or more to really start seeing results from the exercises. But from doing all these different kinds from different people I will recommend some of my absolute FAVORITE KZbinrs to get your exercises from. My favorite people are alexis ren, blogilates and lilly sabri. -Alexis has this REALLY great 10 minute ab workout. -Blogilates has this AMAZING thigh workout I can not explain how effective that workout is. It's 21 min long and I think it's a 7 day thigh challenge. In that thigh challenge she also has a inner thigh toning video that you do on day 5, 6 and 7. But I promise you guys that that 21 minute video will leave your legs shaking and dead. The next day your legs are gonna be so sore. But in a good way, because you will be proud of yourself -lily has amazing workouts for anything actually. All her workouts are awesome. I kind of switch between these 3 KZbinrs. Theyre all great. The last thing I want to say is. Remember there are times where you are going to give up and have to start over again. Times where you will feel like you can't do this anymore. Times you will creg you're eyes out and times you will be so proud. It's all a journey. It's not gonna take 2 weeks or even a month. It's a journey. It will take months. It's just important that when you give up, you get up and try again. Try making this a lifestyle. We are all in this together. Do this for yourself. Make yourself proud. I will start updating it tomorrow ❤️Day 1- so for breakfast I had some healthy pancakes that's made with banana, oats, Almond milk, eggs, ect(you can look up healthy pancake recipes) with some caramel sauce on top. I also drink plain coffee with Almond milk For lunch I had some broccoli and mustard chicken Day 2- Day 3- Day 4- Day 5- Day 6- Day 7-

Miriame Hyeeog I followed chloe ting’s abs workout for 40 days and I lost like 6kg (62 to 56). I recommend not starving yourself but eat proper amount. I eat a small amount of rice for breakfast, vegetables and egg for lunch and most of the time only an apple for dinner. I also have cheat days and eat unhealthy food sometimes xD

I cried on dieting.I'm 60 kg and my goal is 53 kg.I simply just wanted an ideal body not much And I live with my family.They didn't say anything at first but as days passed they started to insult me.They tried to make me eating when I'm not supposed to.They kept on telling me that I did wrong in diet when I'm trying ny best not to jump to extreme diet.And they kept eating my diet food that I already prepared.When I told them about it,I got scolded because my mom said it was her money to begin with.

Don't worry mam, you have another way around! Just increase you moment with practicing 16: 8 diet ! I had lost 7 kgs within a month, while eating normal homemade food😅 but exercised morning 30 minutes! Started doing many home chores and eat only when I felt hungry during 8hour eating window!!!! So what you need is self discipline and confidence! It's not a diet plan , it's a change of lifestyle I hope you do you best 👍

tip tho:skipping a meal wont make u lose weight u can eat 3 meals 3 snacks in your diet but make it small portions just to keep urself full for the day skipping meals or letting yourself starve till your next next meal will lead u to only overeat so skipping meals doesnt really work so yeah hehe if youre craving something u can take a few bites or a sip dont restrict urself it will only lead u too eating more and feel guilty about it or if youre for example crave a pizza or a donut dont be scared of eating it not that your eating the whole box of it just have a slice or a piece to satisfy your cravings life is all about balancing okie edit:it works for me i losed weight without starving amd torturing myself or depriving myself from food

False. Skipping a meal/intermittent fasting helps you lose weight a lot. When you fast for 16 hours, you place your body in a state of ketosis. Your body literally eats itself. Your liver will supply your body with energy using your stored fat. In order for you not to starve when you do intermittent fasting, track your macros. There are tutorials in how to track your macros. True, you shouldn't stop yourself from cravings. Indulge in those but fit them in your macros. You can also do planned indulgence where you do a caloric deficit for 6 days then at the end of the week you reward yourself with a cheat meal. For maximum results, track your macros.

Hi! I agree with Serge Cua. It was proven na eating small portions of meals everyday is actually not the most effective for most people who wanted to lose weight. Intermittent fasting (or simply eating less) is more effective according to most health researches conducted. no, intermittent fasting made me lose alot of weight in just a short span of time, it isnt depriving yourself from food because in your feeding window you can still eat whatever you want but make sure it is within your macros, fasting really helps if you are that person who cant stop from binging food all day 😉

Hi! I’m a Registered Nutritionist-Dietician and I see comments about people who can’t cut off rice in their daily food intake and that’s okay. I just want to put it out here as a reminder that no diet fits all. Don’t pressure yourself to omit rice from your daily food intake hence, practice portion control. You may reduce the portion of your food intake and if you can, count your caloric intake however, consult a RND for this. Our body has a total caloric requirement per day and that’s the food intake you can eat no matter what time of the day it is. ☺️ Practice portion control and small frequent feeding as well as eat when you are hungry. Wag gutumin ang sarili. Let’s all practice good eating habits and stay safe! ☺️❤️

Some tips i learned the hard way is... 1. don't overeat/undereat and don't feel bad if you eat ( do what makes you happy the healthy way ofc) 2. don't depend on the scale 3. cut sugar (processed sugar and foods) i know there is far more tips than this but i can't think of all for some reason :(

Vani Agarwal When i wake up i have nothing except coffee till 3pm :) when i do eat it’s smaller portions Even if you binge from time to time if there’s a period where ur body gets to “rest & digest” you should be fine I’m mostly sedentary so exercise wasn’t the case It’s about learning that being slightly hungry isn’t scary and then maintaining it comes easy when u realize u don’t need to eat 24/7 Your body is a LOT stronger than you’re aware Also, stay hydrated! Drink a shit ton Before meals, with meals and after meals Always have something to sip on :) and of course, try to make “healthy” foods your new normal The beginning is THE HARDEST, really The rest just becomes habit. I lost it from March to now and still losing :)

For the people who already did a (extreme) diet less than 1000kcal per day. It doesnt work because you was already in calorie deficit and your metabolism is very slow. she introduced a very good method to lose weight BUT it doesnt work in some weeks you should plan months to lose weight with lots of exercise. For people who read this and wasnt on a extreme diet PLEASE dont do that to your metabolism i did it and now i have very longer that when i did a diet in healthy way.😰 sry for my eng😂

for young people or people out there in general please dont skip meals (maybe dinner have a fruit or skip it) but NEVER BREAKFAST having breakfast gives you the energy you need throughout the day and boosts your metabolism but if you are 18 and up and decide to do the fasting method it’s up to you but to the younger ones please dont skip since you are still developing and growing your body needs that nutrition and energy (eat healthy and clean)

Everyone say remove rice.. And it's soo hard cuz here in Asia breakfast, lunch and dinner is never completed without rice even sometimes snacks are of rice products... So many variety of rice all are damn tasty and they do it every day... It's more likely impossible to totally cut off rice ..but surely consumption can be controlled

OMG Same altho just the first 2 video routine and it works!! I been doing it for 2weeks straight last month and I lose 4kg by following those 2 videos..altho I dont have a strict diet but I add lemon and chia seeds to my water :3

Hello, i also participated in a lot of chloe ting’s workouts and i can say they’re effective. But I recently discovered from several professional fitness trainers and science sports majors that CHLOE TING’S WORKOUTS ARE INEFFECTIVE AND MAY INJURE YOU IN THE LONG RUN. They’re effective at first a) of course for the people who haven’t worked out in a long time, and b) as the saying goes “a bad workout is always better than no workout at all”. Her exercises are repetitive and only target the same muscle groups. There’s no such thing as isolation exercises (Abs only, thighs ...) because it’s super important to also activate our antagonist muscles, and repetition does not equal to more output because our body can only handle a certain amount of output. What I recommend right now, and everyone’s top 1 is Natacha Oceane and she posts videos on her instagram or her app called “Aflete”. I know this is an unpopular opinion but I just want all of us to be safe 🥺💗 Thank you for this also!!

Hello yes, I’m aware of this though I didnt really go in depth. That’s why for starters I only recommended her 2 weeks shred program 😊 Also, if you view all the workout links (in the description) I included Emi Wong’s as well and not entirely Chloe Ting’s.

I watch some professional trainers reaction on Chloe Tings workout exercises since I followed her 30 days program. And I found out the pros and cons of the program. I still do some of her workout videos but not the entire daily program.

My weight on 25 December - 58kg My current weight - 55kg My dream weight - 45kg I only do IF (12:12) for the whole month because I can't afford to eat clean and do daily workout 😂 I'm actually going underweight but I don't mind as long as I get to wear that xxs shirt again. But I will try to follow your tips for the fastest results 😍

@@aayrabillie nope I don't 😂😂 but there's one time where I do IF and do some workout for 2 weeks (just download any weight loss apps), I loss 3 kg in that 2 weeks. I could easily loss 6 kg in a month but I hate workout 😂 but now I've stop both IF and workout and my current weight is 51 kg. Your comment might be a sign for me to start my weight loss project again 😂😂

@@aayrabillie you can try to reduce sugar intake and drink 2l of water everyday. I only do this when I stop my IF and workout. And I loss 1kg every 1@2 month. Its take a while but its working

I'm 14. I currently weigh 72kg my goal is 45 but for now, it's 60. I started last year then when I got a check-up, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I lost 11 kg (80-69). Then, I lost motivation. I gained 3kg back, I will be doing the egg diet. Wish me luck!

Before I was around 64kg but I started a diet a few days ago and now I'm 61.4kg (I'm happy it's working so fast lol) my height is 156cm and my goal weight is about 50-55 kg, I started doing a workout yesterday and I plan on keeping it up while dieting. i am noticing lots of people wanting to lose unhealthy amounts of weight in the comments. this is the best and most effective way to lose weight, and although it might take longer than other methods, the weight wont be put back on after you reach your goal weight. make sure to exercise for 30minutes each day, drink 8 cups of water a day, eat healthy foods (lots of fruit and vegetables and some carbs like rice/pasta/etc.), stay away from junk foods, and stop making it a habit to weigh yourself. it will take time but you will become healthier and love yourself more 💘 also depending on your height, having a goal weight of under 45kg is not ideal or realistic or healthy, and as happy as you think it will make you, it will actually make your self esteem worse than when you first started losing weight.

I used to think that too. I only ate one toast for a Day. I have bigger breasts than other parts of my body now :( my legs are slip and arms but not chest. I have worked out my legs a lot now so they got thicker

I’m 164.5cm and 51kg - my goal weight is 45kg. I know a lot of people are going to say that I don’t need to lose weight but honestly my face looks so fat and my legs are so thick. I eat more than double the amount of food my friends eat and I don’t think it’s healthy. I also do dance and I don’t want to look fat in my costume. I know I sound stupid but yeah please like this so I don’t forget :)
