I have listened to you so far, up to 1.55. You are real. Well said. So many people lose weight i.e. going to Weight watchers, Slimworld etc. It is easy to lose weight, problem is putting all on in a week!

I had also removed my thyoid gland and hence my TSH level got increased. I need to have tablets lifelong. Isnt this a hormonal problem? Shld i consider myself as a normal prson? I am asking you since i had the same issue as yours.

U need to be consistent atleast 60 days .Calculate maintenance calories and cutdown calories by 300-350 calories and walk for an hour with moderate intensity .u will start loosing weight and if u continue with this for 3 mnths u will lose weight .I lost around 4 kg now nd still counting !

So sweet...i was reminded of my school teachers the way you were explaining everything 🙂🙂 i have seen this video atleast 4 times...and all your other videos and started implementing the organisation of kitchen, wardrobe etc...but a small request, the music in this particular video is louder than your voice...so we have to keep increasing-decreasing mutliple times accordingly...and first time, i was listening with ear phones and full volume to ur voice and suddenly music came on and my ears went into shock mode 😁😁 hope they are balanced out in the upcoming videos 🙂👍 looking forward to more videos from you

Reshly, don't you feel hungry at work? I have a similar food habits and natura of work like you. But I feel hungry at work inspite of snacks. Can you offer any suggestions. I have two small kids. Maybe that adds to the problem

I really enjoyed your video, I agree that to deprive yourself of food does not work. I am also a working mom and I agree that it is important to keep active. I am releasing my own video later today on how to remain active and fit exercise into your routine as a busy working mom. Even though we are from opposite ends of the world (I am from the UK), I see that we have the same challenges. Keep up your good work.
