@@solongdentahlplaan7975 Yeah, in High School everyone has their own problems, and ignores everyone else's problems. I was pretty good grade wise, but social wise I was completely drowning. I've always been the opposite of everyone else, they craved the social stuff and only did the work to stay in sports and clubs. I did the work so I wouldn't have to deal with people trying to convince me to make friends and join things. I'm more of a loner and an introvert; nothing wrong with that I guess.

I'm so glad Jen enjoyed this movie. I can't remember which reaction video it was but I remember right before you started watching, Holden had mentioned Mean Girls and Jen said she had never seen it. Not only had she never seen it but she was completely shocked that Holden had seen it and loved it. That moment blew me away. This movie is one of my favorite all time comedies ever. It's one of the most quotable movies too. I can't even tell you how many times I've rewatched this movie.

I can't believe this movie is now old enough to get a remake were most of the main cast weren't alive when the original was made (It's like the equivalent of a 80's movie getting remade in the early 2000's). Like, I saw the movie when it was new, and it's just hammering in how old I feel and I'm getting lol (Almost forgot, What does this film, Hackers, and Mortal Kombat (1995) all have in common? They all use the track "Halcyon On and On" from Oribital, and MK and this both use it at the end of the film as emotional wrap up, plus it's just a great song altogether,)

The first time I saw any part of this movie was when Cady comes down the stairs, my Wife (then girlfriend) was recovering in the hospital after becoming paralyzed. She looked at the TV then looked at me watching the scene and gave me a look like “I bet you like that.” It was at that time I realized everything would be okay and the girl I fell in love with was still there. Marriage and two beautiful babies later and this movie still holds a large place in my heart.

Rachel McAdams' first film was The Animal (2001) with Rob Schneider but Mean Girls and Notebook was her catapult into stardom. I am Canadian and McAdams' has been my crush for sometime, glad she stays true and hasn't sold out and remains a real talent. Great reaction!! I also recommend Red Eye (2005) with McAdams. One of my favourite thrillers and it's directed by Wes Craven as well.

The one thing I never get is that Tim Meadows is frickin’ hilarious but rarely ever gets bigger comedy roles. Maybe it’s his choice to do smaller characters (and be behind the scenes w/ SNL). I’m glad Tina Fey brought him on board for this movie

I as watching chris Williamson modern wisdom podcast on women evolutionary competition and they were discussing how women don't accept compliments and play it down, and men are so for it. I was surprised I liked this too when I watched it. Lohan, McAdams, Seyfried and Chabert were entertaining along with the SNL players Tina Fey, Tim Meadows, Ana Gasteyer and Amy Poehler. Tim Meadows aka Dr. Steven Poop is underrated. The Ladies Man is a guilty pleasure of mine.
