I feel so bad for Daryl in this episode he finally makes a good connection with Beth and it all gets taken away and you can see how desperate he is to get Beth back he runs all night but to no avail poor Daryl.

This is one of my favourite episodes with Daryl because it showed what kind of a man he really is inside Daryl ran after Beth through the night The only reason he stopped was because he came upon a crossroad and didn’t know which way they went I think if Daryl knew where the car went he would have kept running until he found her.

I’m glad we got his backstory after we got to know him for a little bit. When I first saw that, im like how was that not suspect?! Fun Fact: When this episode originally aired I thought it was a good idea to watch it while on the treadmill at the gym. I made a audible "aah" and almost fell while watching the fogs scene. People looked at me like I was nuts🙈🤣

I always took Daryl and Beth's relationship as familial. Not just because of the age gap, but because both of those people had lost siblings - family. Especially beth, who lost an older brother (Hershal's step-son in the barn way back when), and just lost her father. As for daryl, I fear he just has a girl-dad heart LOL. We saw how protective he was trying to look for Sophia, his softness for Judith, and now here. Maybe because of how he is and what he's seen, he knows what the world does to innocent young girls, and he wants to prevent that. That's my opinion and two-cents on a month old video LOL

The "Fog" may have been the Smoke from the fire Daryl and Beth started. To this day, i still dont like how i feel about Daryl and Beth. I still find it rather uncomfortable. He was falling in love with Beth. Whether or not he says it, he fell for her mindset. She made him want to believe in good again. The big age gap is really what makes it uncomfortable for me. She was 16 when they got to the Farm. Shes 18ish now, but Daryl was still already in his late 30s early 40s when he met her. It just dont sit right lololol

Just to let you know Beth and Daryl dated in real life. I think Beth is 40 years old right now so she would have been in her 30 filming this. She is 18 years old by what the show says while daryl is in his late 30s
