I'd fist almost every version of chica & Roxy just to see what would happen. And before anyone says it, yes. There are versions of the characters without souls attached to them. Both before all the deaths and after the souls are free (And Obviously the animatronics weren't made with souls in them already). In other words when the Fazbear funtime service was done where that company built replicas of the characters all of which didn't have souls Could even go further and bring up the VR versions of the characters from help wanted 1 & 2 which would again not have souls in them And are only programs.
