When it comes to Back Injuries, Disc Bulge or Slip Disc are very common.
In this video we talked about what are few measures and exercises we can adopt to help reduce pain with DISC BULGE.

These are very simple and easy exercises that you can do anywhere, by yourself and even at Home. Duration of the exercises is about 1 minute. This can be used as a great treatment as well as prevention. It is mainly meant to target your lower back, whether it is a slip disc, disc Bulge, herniated disc or disc problem causing you sciatica pain caused by nerve pinch or otherwise. It will help you get that slip disc or bulge back into its place.

Thankyou! Ive been unable to bend for the last month. The twist in the compression exercise made both sides of my hips stretch and pop, and I can move!!! The cold shiver of pain relief is a welcomed feeling!!

You fix your problem by doing above exercises ? I Am 26 and having slip slip disc from four year . I am not finding any way to improve this . Please suggest your routine And other exercises . And how much time you took for recover.

@@naveennegi4217 how long have you had? if it's 4 years as you it's likely not a slipping/bulging disc problem. You have to learn to ease the pain first of all with some exercises. When there is bearable pain or no pain, you should strenghten your core with improved exercises. Easing the pain in the first place might be good with lower back rotation movement, and some easy movements to activate the core muscles. In the progression start improving your mobility of legs/hips and back by stretching and other mobility training

Problem started in mid of 2017 while doing strenuous running . After that I could not run and I am also have not done any Jogging exercises . But now looking some videos and comment like yours , I again started exercisesing and started jogging , hope it will get better.

This is what I really wanted eagerly on this channel.. I have disc bulges on l4-l5 & l5-s1 and I am suffering from more than 3 yrs.. Recently I have started core strengthening exercises.. Sir, pls make some more videos on exercises for disc bulge patients. Specially weight loss exercises.. Thanks a lot for this video...

Tanusree Ghosh I had the same since last six months but recently found good physiotherapist with some good exercise on posture correction as well core strength which seems very effective for early recovery... Your mind set is another influencing factor for your early recovery...

These days I am feeling quite good.. I know it might not be recovered overnight.. But with regular maintenance we can manage our pain.. Stay healthy!!!! 🙂

sabarish mahalingam it's now more than 3 yrs. Still my back pains.. Slight wrong exercise does the worst.. But still I try my level best to workout properly and not harm my back.. I do some core strengthening exercises regularly.. I have started this for a month.. I feel less pain now.. But don't know if my spine is truly surviving..

@@bholu1992 yes i recovered... after consult Ayurvedic doctor .. she found that my pain not bcz of disc bulge.. my disc bulge is normal only .. within 1 month am recovered..

i m 24 ..and i have 5 yr old sciatica...it stayed a year then 85-90 % pain was gone for 3-4 years ...and yesterday it returened...cant sit now...will surely try this and give feedback !!!! sad thing is i just renewed my gym membership today 😂😂😂

feedback .. 3 days after this vid...stretching the same excercise 3-4 times a day...10-15 min session and its already 60-70% gone....my backs stilll a bit stiff...but it ll take time....great stretches !!! i was also doing running and sprints these couple of days and m feeling good !!! a bit of advice...if pains is immense....just dont sit much and just stretch and lay on bed for 3-4 days and in addition go for walk 30 mins twice day ....just dont quit and be positive...pain will go just focus on stretching and understand it will cure just have patience and consistant with these stretchs.....kudos to this channel !!! god blessss veereyaaa !! ❤️

well its been more than a month and doing these excercise....i can say i have recovered 85-90%....feels great..joined gym again but now m very carefull with the weights...i know my limitations ...now working on my tight hamstring...but thank you sunny bai yrrr kaintt bndaa tu ...

mera bike accident main slip disc hua hai. abhi 3 mahine ho gaya. mri report dekhke doctor ne kaha nerve main ekdom thoda sa touch hua hain or doctor ne mujhe humesa ke liye gym na karne ke liye bola hain. or aap exercise main 2 din Kiya or mujhe bohat relax mile kya mera dics pehele position main chala jayega sir please 🥺 boliye ? or main 17 sal ka hu 😢

Another little advice I can add is of you sit a lot at work consider sitting on an exercise ball. 10 years ago through field sort I injured my back so bad I needed surgery. Since then I have found that 'maintenance' of my bank is key with focus particular on how i sit. If you are slouching when you sit you can add between 50% and 80% more pressure to your spine. hello I have a buldge lower back and I have just tried ur exercises and so much they have helped... I don’t want to live on tablets ... doctors have not recommended anything apart from giving pain killers ... this is just what I wanted the root of the cause and to fix it ... thanks again

Man just want to thank you so much for this video. Chronically my disc "flips" and got unbearable pain which keeps me for weeks away from lifting. Watching your video made me understand that what we need to seek is to push the disc back to his position. Before I was doing the whole opposite by doing stretches. I am following the routine you recommend here and it is been 3 days and the pain is 95% gone! Cannot thank you enough.

It also cause sciatic attack, unable to walk.the back nerves gets inflamed and causes swollen. Pls suggest alternate solution.thank you.

JP'S Ideas & Innovation , yes I do ice water bottle and roll on back, sometimes I use tennis ball to roll over the pain, it could be muscle knots. But doctor needs to see MRI scan, and appointment are giving next year, tab tak traumeel ointment( homeopathic ointment) is a temporary purpose. And some medication is given to control growing hernia at L4, L5,S1. Too much medication cause side effects, but I have no choice other than to consume it. Thank you so much. Sapna Ramchand Chandiramani Don't do any delay for MRI checks .get it done ASAP..then only you can identify the physio exercises required decompression your spine and core strengthning ... Only exercises , right diet ,water intake and positive mind set can overcome this .. I have gone through the articles where people succeed to overcome this in just 2- 3 months of 10-15 mm bulging in l4 L5. S1 . They again got back to gym . Lot of celebrities and dancers have had same issue and most important thing they said in their success stories is to focus on right exercises and lot of faith for targeted recovery... You may feel various symptoms of recovering and again back aching but consistency and believing will make differences... Don't take stress and never be late for any sort of consultation and do explore more about various exercises where spine will not impacted and you feel refreshing ..

I consume 4 to 5 liters of water.and walk daily two hours, I consume less food. Due to difficulty in sitting long time. I am a 3d modeler. But hardly sit on computer for modeling stuffs.so I use mobile to computer while I am on bed rest.
