One of the reasons why i like his videos is that he explains what not to do if you have this and that. Like if he is showing an exercise or stretch to say that by doing this stretch it's a benefit for those having disc problems yet this video is not regarding your back or disc. this is completely wrong. only dynamic stretching is need to done before the workout. and only after the workout we need to do the static stretching

if the lower body is not working then automatically the upper body is the best part to work out with. I would recommend to workout like bodyweight exercise with the help of somebody who works out. And you will find a lot of exercises online for those who are handicapped. add weights later when the one is working out is expert in lifting his body weight first.
