During ur fasting month, pre and post fasting u people aren't eating clean.. thus, there isn't any health benefits. About zakat, why isn't it transparent like the funds collected at tirupati, shirdi etc? Will u agree if I staunchly say that the funds collected are misused upto an extent.. @Pramod H Nair ... Holy Quran is a complete way of life. The verses that you are quoting here just to make a point are actually those which even many taghut followers quote just to make a point that Islam is preaching "Terrorism" (Nauzbillah).. And blind followers of any other religion seems it as an oppotunity to defend their belief by blaming the other with false accusitions. If you are doing it just to prove that a religion is wrong then I would say "There is no refuge to a sick mind"... But if at all, you really wanna know then don't quote a single verse rather read that verse in context with the verses before that and as well as read the verses after the verses you just quoted. The summary of that is to fight in the name of Allah and you will be blessed by Paradise. And whenever it is quoted alone without any pre or post reference any sick mind would find it a way to point fingers at the followers of Islam. But when you read it completely, you come to this conclusion that the cause is so noble that whether you or a believer of islam or not you will admit this that islam is actually promoting peace and negating terrorism. Those quranic verses are asking its believer to fight as there is a bounty in afterlife waiting for them but the cause of fight is bigger than you can ever imagine. It is not just to kill people or shed blood in Allah's name but to fight in His name if you have the strength to save the oppressed women and children who are so weak that they cannot defend themselves from the oppressors. And in doing so if you lose your life even don't worry as you will be blessed by Allah. So next time please don't try to agitate the topic of a conversation by sickness of your mind. I guess none of the religions in the world promote terrorism. And if someone is doing something wrong due to lack of knowledge or he is a blind follower of some scholar who is spreading the sickness of his mind in the name of a religion, then its totally that persons filth and not a religion's teaching. If at all you wanna know about any thing please once give it an un-biased read with context. You will find your answer. P.S: Next time please keep your comments restricted to the subject of video.

I did excercise and 3 to 4 days didn't eat anything except drinking water and green tea, i eat broccoli or spinach on 4 or 5th day, than again spending time eating nothing,, I lost a lot of weight and stomatch went completely inside of me, but my weight was 75, and now i am 59 still losing weight, i skip excercise but we must do excercise bcz mera body ka mass latakne laga tha so i did excercise or wo fit and tight ho chuka h, it helped me alot, I did this bcz i wanted to loose the weight, but eat pizza and fast food only sometimes, I make fast food by myself, bcz i put no oil in it, but i make it delicious, i try to avoid eating outside with friends, And i eat Flex seeds or almonds whenever i need to eat something i put these nuts in my mouth so my mouth stays busy🙃 good luck if anybody wants to follow this and i keep listening to this dude, he is great, i follow him 💝 thanks

I love the idea of IF. It's exactly like the fasts of Ramadan. I used to do 20-30 mins of cardio during my fast followed by a few routines of strength training. And I lost conaiderable amount of weight. However, some days I would go to the gym after breaking my fast to stop myself from over exertion. So yes IF does work 💕

@Anam Shahbaz I am a Muslim so I did that during Ramadan. As per suggested by our last Prophet Muhammad SAWW I fast on the 13th ,14th and 15th of the Lunar month and on every Monday and Thursday. So I fast roughly 10-11 days in a month.

@@sonamchand8717 4 to 5 litres of warm water a day. 2 cups of coffee / green tea / green coffee (no sugar , no milk) not more than a big chapati or 2 medium sized, for 1 meal , OR a small bowl of brown rice, of course along with salad and the curry u wish (avoid starchy and carbs loaded veggies or roots like potatoes, peas, maize etc) use extra virgin oil, cold pressed - for cooking Least/Zero carbs for dinner (veg salad (must), non veg salad, chicken breast, fish fry , etc) oats flour roti - (my favorite )!!! no white flour, rusk, any biscuits, noodles, pasta bla bla bla do not even a single gram of food from the market unless u reach ur goal Remember : u r eligible for a cheat meal only after u hit ur target 20 to 30 minutes of brisk walking in the begining, once u r used to it, then running followed by cardio and resistance training. I work out for 1 hour a day, 6 days a week. 3 to 4 meals in a week must include overnight oats which must include chia seeds and flax seeds. not more a one whole egg a day .. egg white as much as u wish. legumes, lentils etc not more than a small portion . try to have atleast 1 lemon a day, like squeeze it on ur salad, or infuse wedges in water and drink . not more than one fruit a day use skimmed / low fat milk , curd , cottage cheese etc Good luck sis 🙏

I don't recommend this to anybody. If you want to loose weight just eat in small portions and less carbs. Avoid roti and rice. Do exercise and jogging (must) Make it a lifestyle and don't give yourself a time limit. I was 105 KGS when I started my journey ( 3 months ago) right now I am 95 kgs I lost my weight in a healthy way. Good luck to all of you. Stay motivated ❤
