The rare 1977 GMC Sprint went down the same manufacturing line as the iconic Chevy El Camino. We found 2, red and blue, owned by brothers! These have swivel seats, a truck bed, GMC badging, and a flying buttress roofline. Wait for these to take off in popularity soon!
We also check out a 1980 Chevy Camaro Z28 POWERHOUSE owned and raced by a 17 year old! It's built for SHOW and GO! Don't miss the classy Studebaker Commander or the "Viper Red" Dodge Dart Wagon. We saw so many great cars at the Rhinebeck Car Show and Swap Meet in Rhinebeck, New York.

Just got my hands on 72 GMC Sprint. Truth is, I never knew much about them but I’m totally hooked now and glad I found her. All original 350/350 numbers matching and I couldn’t be happier. I always wanted a 70-72 Chevelle but this is even better, business in the front party in the back 😂

I had an all original 1941 Chevrolet special delux... when I say the 1941 Studebaker it was so much like my chevy... mohair interior, sliding rear windows. It was fun to see, thank you.

Growing up as a kid we had a red GMC Sprint. Was rare to see them in the 80s even and the parts stores couldn't find parts so we had to tell them to look up parts for the el camino

Good point... I remember back when I worked at GM dealerships... at a Chevy dealer, we got a new Silverado one time that wasn't all Chevy, it had a Chevy grille, however, arrived from the factory with a GMC tailgate.... 😁

My parents had a 68 Volvo 122 s. They bought it new in Sweden and had it shipped to North America ( for free ). They had it over 40 years. I learned how to drive in it.

Love that Studebaker, the design is kind of minimalist, but you look at some of the details, the badging, the jewelry, you know that was a special and expensive car back in its day. Also I think the designers at Chrysler were under the influence of Dr Timothy Leary in the early 1960's. Truley some bizzare(IMO ugly) styling coming out of Auburn Hills in those days.

My moms 1982 Volvo 245 wagon also had exposed hinges on the roof. They made them like that until 1993 . Very much like this Amazon's hinge. Also chromed. Too much rust after over over 20 years on the salted winter roads in Norway, it was pretty worn out also. Today Volvo makes one of the best car seats in the world, but back then they didn't.
