It was tough at the beginning, but Coach Lee's videos helped me stay in no contact and eventually heal. Actually, I'm seeing a new girl for like 2 months now and for the first time since my ex it feels like it might end up as a serious relationship, only been dating and hooking up with women up to this point. To anyone seeing this, I BEG YOU, DO NOT chase your ex. Do what Lee says in every video - no contact and work on yourself. After a couple months you won't be thinking about them, I promise you that.

I fell for this once with my ex. She left me for her ex boyfriend, and she left me heart broken. We were in the beginning stages of getting to know each other. Etc.. She was so eager, and excited to leave. So she did. It took me some time to get over the situation, but finally. I got over it. I started to work on myself, I got in the gym, ate healthy, and drank lots of water. After 3 months of her leaving. She calls me. I didn’t recognize the number because it had been a long while since the departure. I see the number, didn’t recognize it. But I answered. It was her. She starts to tell me that she missed me, she couldn’t stop thinking of me, and etc. the real reason why she came back was because she wanted me to be there since her ex boyfriend who she left me for cheated on her, and he dumped her. At first I didn’t agree to a meet up, I was very uncomfortable, and I just wanted to be left alone. But after some time of getting some thing’s in order. We started dating. We dated for 9 months. We broke up the week before my birthday. She lied telling me that her close family didn’t like me so they wanted her to leave me. So at first I begged and pleaded because I had some strong feelings for her. But she rejected me. And she didn’t fight for us. I gave up, and then I went right back to working on myself. A week after the breakup. She calls me for a week straight. I was busy on my purpose. Three month’s moving forward she gives me a call. Again, I’m busy on my purpose, and plus I don’t have time to waste on a lying, dirty ex that cheated on me multiple times.after the missed call. I stayed on my purpose, I’m loving myself, I’m doing the things I love with the people I love, and I’m meeting New people. I don’t have time for uncertain women that don’t know what they want. And women that like to leave you for someone else. I let her stay out there because she apparently wanted to leave, she wanted the freedom. I gave it to her. I was patient with her, very supportive. I’m the one that pushed her to keep studying and not giving up on her studies ( We’re both in college ). Because of me, and my support, and motivation. She passed all her classes. I know that this might sound a bit disgusting, but when she would be on her period I would clean her, I didn’t care about blood getting on my hands because to me her blood was also mine. To me we were one. But she didn’t see that. She wanted someone else. So she left. I’m done being nice. She messed that up for the rest.

So true. I had a woman I was with for 3 years and she told me I was holding her back. (Unrealistic goals she had) I said ok, and I moved out and didn’t talk to her for three months. She called me and told me she misses me and everything she sees and everywhere she goes she thinks of me. She also told me she misses the way we made love and wishes she would have never let me go. At this point I had already met someone else and was happy. It literally killed her and she was balling like a baby when I told her I have moved on and am happy. Then to top it off, she asked if I would be open to polygamy. Both women were very attractive and as bad as I liked the idea, I remember the pain she put me through and how easy it was for her to help me pack up and leave. Moral to this story is, no contact drove her crazy to the point of calling me from a fake number app to get me to answer. She still texts me and checks up on me through my friends. Lee, your tips seem to be working to the BOOK. I'm impressed. I never believed any of this. I thought, nah, it wouldn't work for all cases. And it's working! The summary of my case is: She was always very dominant and I let her be because it didn't bother me much. Then she decided to mess 17 years of friendship and 2 years of relationship. We even had rings and everything, we really went well with each other in many aspects, etc. Then we both were facing real life crysis at that point in our lives. But here's the problem: She is the one that likes to stay by her own while i'm the one that try to work together both our problems. I've learned from that. But it was too late. She literally came another day saying she "doesn't feel anything for me anymore and doesn't even know why". She insulted me in many ways she never did before. She was always an incredibly PROUD and sometimes narcisistic person (although she knew when to dial down) and seeing her looking for me and even saying she "want to talk better in another time" is something i've never seen she going for. I'm keeping it polite and casual but treating it like it's a new relationship with another person. Even if we don't end up together back again, just the fact that i'm seeing a very proud person being humble. It took only 9 days. She still has pictures of us together with rings and all in her social media. She is active on social media daily and even added some male friends but... Our pics are still there. Of course I haven't deleted mines either, as I would still be with her otherwise. And she did delete her other exes pictures before. I'll update this as we go.

This is way harder when it's been a seriously long relationship with kids to boot. Not so easy to go cold turkey no contact. I have watched your video several times about what to do in that situation. Keeping it about the kids and nothing else. But it does make it complicated, we have to see each other often and it's in those moments I'm worried about and don't know how to act in front of her. Especially if she ask me anything not pertaining to them, like what do I say or how do I respond? I want to be strong show her everything you're saying. But it makes it so much harder when kids are involved. She wants to be civil for the kids, said she wants us to be a family but needs time and space to process everything that is going on and what I left her with, letting her know I respect her decision but don't agree with it, I respect myself enough to not flip out over it, won't chase or pursue and simply keep it about the kids. She says we can be a family without a title. Which throws me off. It's like let me see if it works with someone else, beat around the bush, talk in riddles and never straight to the point and it drives me crazy. Just say what you mean and follow through. Don't leave me hanging on the back burner while you see if it's better with someone else and then what? It don't work or you're not happy or when the intimacy isn't there and you feel unloved you come running back and I'm supposed to take you back after that? No contact or not that makes me look and actually be weak af! Like I have no self respect and dignity. Sigh...Am I wrong? She also wants us to still go to church as a family once a week. Which really doesn't allow me to give her time and space without me, is this a ruse to shit test me once a week to see if things are better, etc? or an excuse to keep me strung along in case it don't work out if she decides to move? Or is it simply she just needs space and time for us to be together? Like I'm all over the place in my head and it sucks! Also makes me think she is literally using it as an excuse to use on someone else, like oh if you see us all together at church it's simply for the kids, not for us to be together, just trying to be civil and cordial for the kids, not for him or us to get back together. That sounds like an excuse for some other interest right? Or am I over thinking it all and second guessing myself into a hole? Also, I feel like I should go to church FOR MY KIDS, not her, to show I'm strong enough to let OUR issues go and put the kids first which in the end will show me as a mature person who has moved on. But I worry on both ends, will she think we're better off as we are now, saying see we're better off single because there is no attachment in the way or will it work for me? I keep thinking I should just not go to church anymore but I think that makes me look weak and immature as well. God this is so hard to decipher when you're left with tid bits of information and no clear explanation, figure it out on your own type stuff. Sorry for the book everyone. What's the general thought/s here? I need help!

This might be a late reply, just want to let you know that me and my ex had parent problems interfering in our relationship. She wasn't allowed to date and my mom was very noisy and protective over me and constantly insulted my girlfriend who she never met. The cause of our relationship failing was partly a result of the stress my mom put on me which in return made me more aggressive to my girlfriend because I wanted to prove my mother wrong and show her my first love would last forever, so I would often be controlling to my girlfriend because I was scared of her doing something that was gonna ruin our dream to last forever, which ended up becoming the reason we didn't last forever. Just try not to let parents get in the way of love no matter what because if I didn't do what I did I would still be with her.

I've been doing everything you teach in your videos. Going 4 weeks of NC. The only signs I know of right now is that he didn't unfriend me on FB neither deleted our pics together, though his other exes pics had been deleted. Not sure who dumped who, but he got pissed when I called him out on some bs about 2 months ago. It must have really hurt his male ego and he started to pull away. We never argued or anything and I let him do the slow fade until we stopped talking altogether. He actually might think I let go of him haha I'm not reaching out first, did't wish him happy birthday in January, nor will be contacting him on Valentine's. These videos actually help put things in perspective. Over 4 or 5 years me and my ex have broken up in the past once for 3 months. He started seeing someone casually straight away while I cried for a month. I managed to met a guy after a month and we were casually dating, nothing serious. 2 months after that my ex got in contact and when we met up again it was like nothing had happened. Fast forward 2 years and we have broken up again. It's been almost a month. This time I was the one who moved on in 2 weeks and the person I'm seeing is amazing! But I'm just not sure if it's a rebound or if I genuinely am interested in them as I still feel my heart belongs to my ex even though in my head I dont want him back anymore, I truly want to keep them as one of my closest friends. I'm nervous because we are trying to stay friendly while remaining distant, yet I get scared they will see me doing well and moving on and want me back and I will fall for them instantly like last time 😔

My ex reached out to me after a week of the break up. We texted for a bit, she even was open to have a phone coversation. Then she said a few hrs later that she didnt think we should talk or meet up because we had to much chemistry with eachother and something would happen. She said that she didn't desire to share her life with me, and we shouldn't communicate. This is the second time we are in NC. The first time he broke up because he lost interest and we went back together after 6 months (I was just upgrading myself at that time and I just noticed him unblocking me and eventually reached out). This second time, I was the one at fault. He broke up with me but he didn't block me off. He unfollowed me on my socials and I did as well after some time. On the 3rd week, he texted about a news article which may have affected my sister in Estonia. I replied politely and he didn't reach out again. After a week, I texted him saying I was sorry. He did not respond yet. I'm trusting NC and using this time to love myself and not overly obsessing about getting him back. I will be staying away and it's been hard but I am staying the course. Use this time to reflect on yourself and how to become better for you. Whatever happens, the best you can do is to stay away and respect yourself enough to not force another person to be in their life when they don't want to.

This is so true , My guy broke up with me in a 1 year and 6 months relationship, because he lost feelings for me and then he went into another relationship a week after we broke up , I was really dissipointed , because it shows me he didn't felt anything for me later in the relationship. We broke up, because he can't handle the truth and he is also a Mamas boy , his parents didn't like me , because me and my guy argued alot and he would tell terable things about me. If his parents says he must leave me then he will do it. He put his parents Always First and Then me. His parents can't also handle the truth that's why. We broke up 3 weeks ago. I begged a bit because it literally came out of the blue. Her reason was that we were bickering a lot, since she broke my trust a bit and I started to be more controlling about her whereabouts and who is she texting. She told me she wanted to try a single life because she feels like she didnt experience much. There was nobody else involved (for what I know). I posted a story a few days ago, lookin fit and good in new clothes and she liked it on IG. Then I went to this party and saw her, I politely said hi and went on with my evening. She randomly sent me a snap of her dancing with her friends that evening afterwards (she haven’t sent any snaps since the breakup) and later I found out from a friend of mine she asked my friend if I was there and where I was. I am in No Contact for almost 7 weeks now. And I am working on myself to a great extent. I created my own company and added like 5 kg of muscle going to gym every day. We broke up mainly because she could not see a future with me as she is 3 years older, wants kids, and I had no signs of stability at the time we broke up. So it was issues rather than feelings. However, after nearly 2 months, I am more stable as I have created my own company a few weeks ago. My Ex reached out during this period twice, BUT, it was neither direct nor indirect. First, sent me a text that If I want her to send over my stuff. I replied, with a 5-hour delay, that I am not available and she can send it to my address and the Lobby would pick'em up. She said OK but to this day, she has not done it, Lol. Second time was when she found out on LinkedIn that I have created my own company, she sent congratulations and I replied thank you, happy to see your text. Well, I've been working on myself and I think she is noticing, however, she is not reaching out, I mean a proper one. Have I applied the No Contact correctly? Or has she moved on? I've been working on my separation anxiety but it takes time and my Ex is still on my mind. Any suggestions ?

She obviously tried to reach out already. When she offered to send your stuff, you could have offered (in a friendly but not overly excited way) to just meet up so she could give you your stuff back. She wanted to see you again to feel your presence that why she hasn't sent it yet. I suggest watching all of coach Lee's videos. She talked about signs your ex still wants you back and this was mentioned on that video.

But, as I replied with a few hours delay, she said she is too travelling for the weekend(which she was really) and she cannot do it now, but If I want, I can send her the address so she can send over the stuff after she got back. She wanted “space”, which seemed to come out of nowhere, & yes it hurt but I immediately started no contact after the break up convo. Everyone at work (older coworkers, ppl who know we dated… her friends are still being nice to me) are saying they liked us together. I feel like they are saying the same to her. It’s been 7-8 weeks. She passed by me a couple days ago & spoke nicely like she used to when we first started talking. Interestingly enough, I saw her today, and she had this blank stare at me. 🤷‍♂️ I think she may be realizing the grass isn’t always greener on the other side, and considering her previous exes, I’m confident she at least knows she had a good thing with me.

Its hard I feel you. I was with someone for 8 years, it ended 8 months ago. The last 2 years we argued alot, we lived together but we weren't acting like a couple. He replaced me with a 24 year old he met at work, he is 46. I've been complete no contact for over a month now. It didn't happen before cause he had mail he had to give me, as soon as I made sure I had no more important mail going to our place, I started complete no contact.
