Oh I miss him and the great relationship we had. I'd reconnect with him as a good friend, but I am too afraid to feel too much again. He's lost my trust. Its been 15 days since my girlfriend broke up with me. The next day her mom messaged me as well. I didn't reply to either.I didn't feel the need to. 5+ months into NC her best friend sent me a friend request ON MY EX's b-day. @@granite99 thanks for your kind words. It's weird. For the month prior to her reaching out(@ her bday too to which I stayed silent)...I got really BUSY with multiple business ventures. Sold a lot of different products. There is opportunity despite this pandemic. I digress. Anyway,my buddies set me up to chat with/hang out with 2 different girls. Just across the street from my house & business,lol. Then her best friend spied on my account 1 1/2 weeks ago. And I'm really ON MY PURPOSE NOWADAYS. There's a saying: " You will always lose money chasing women but never lose women chasing money". Her 2 brief messages didn't move my heart and mind. It didn't warrant a reply imho. I'm using my brain this time. Not my heart. We had a toxic relationship at times tbh. I supported her and was good to her. Yet,I acknowledge my mistakes now too. I was willing to work things out during BU but she chose to leave. During no contact,I did a lot of self reflection. Trying my best to change/improve for the better. Hindsight is 20/20 and I now see the several things that my ex did, to hurt me. Out of anger or unresolved issues from her past or frustration with her career? Who knows. To answer your question, self improvement is a process. I chose to remain in NC to continue that process. I'm just stepping back and being careful. She can approach the centerline a little bit more then maybe I'll respond. If not,I'll stay in no contact. I was feeling great just before she reached out. Her messages kind of threw me off balance a little bit,LOL. But I'm remaining stoic and chill.

I would really love to meet with you and discuss our relationship.. because I have strategies to make this work .. I have worked on myself and I fully understand why this relationship had to end and I have worked on myself and have the patience and the time.. So would you be willing to meet with me so we can discuss how we can make this work..His exact words verbatim .. were it’s Possible.. Then I said what time would work for you? It happened but time went by ..his medical problems got in the way because at that time he had Covid.. So it was a month later.. then he came sat down and I said would you like to try again? He said Yes .. Just give me time and don’t pressure me.. I kept in contact with texting 3 to 4 times a week and waited .. He called and as time went on he called more .. But it took Patience lots of it .. it wasn’t until 7 months and half all together.. since the day we broke up..

SUCCESS STORY! My ex of 4 years broke up with me in September and I did all the right things, did not beg and immediately went into no contact. I contacted her mid-October to tell her that I love her yada yada and she told me she didn’t want a relationship with me anymore. Today, 48 days of no contact, she started blowing up my phone texting and calling me begging me to answer her. I let the phone ring 4 times and let her text a little bit. When I answered the phone she was sobbing about her new rebound relationship that’s going downhill - with him cheating on her and having lots of trust issues. I didn’t react, but responded and let her vent. I empathized with her and did not show any interest in getting back together. I was just kinda there for her to let her vent and she knows that I do not want to be friends. She asked how I was doing and told her of all the great new things I am doing such as running very successful businesses. I asked her how she was doing and she told me she was miserable with her rebound’s situation and that I was the only one she could rely or confide in which is why she called. UPDATE! After my latest post she texted on three separate occasions asking for advice, one of which was through an unknown number flirting with me. I kept my cool and did not initiate any contact. Today she texted and called me again and asked me to meet her. I did and she vented and cried and cried and I let her do 80% of the talking. I was playful, charming and showed her my exciting new expanding business, which by the way, is skyrocketing! Apparently her rebound guy is a cheater and does drugs, which she almost fell into doing with him. And so while we were talking, I put my foot down and in a playful manner told her she could get lost if she’s expecting me to be her friend and told her I would never be her gay male girlfriend! She was wearing the ring I bought her on our very first date and told me how her mom said I was much better for her. She also told me how she recognizes her co-dependency issue and she even brought up the old happy memories. But in the end, I put my hand on her neck (she likes dominant behavior) and went straight for her lips and started making out with her (she reciprocated) - I backed off and told her I should get going and am now realizing I have a decision to make. P.S. let them do 100% of the pursuing and let them chase you! They will crumble and fall eventually and just know that you really will get another chance. Just be careful and don’t let them deceive you.

Lee says they should reach out again in 2-5 days but it's been two weeks but it's a step in the right direction. My ex jumped into a rebound relationship less than 2 weeks after we split...keep watching Lee's videos on no contact to keep your resolve strong! 😘

My ex lives across the street. I have been doing NC for about 40 days or so. Last weekend, I accidentally (really) called her on the phone and she answered. I was so shocked, but thanks to Coach Lee's videos, I kind of knew what to talk about and what not to talk about, although I know I did I make some mistakes. We talked for over two hours about everything, but little about our old relationship. I just want to say that Coach Lee knows what he is talking about. I know I screwed up by breaking NC with the call, but by then I had no choice, so I had a pleasant conversation with her. It was interesting. She said she did miss me. She suggested going biking together sometime when I get my new bike, but I declined. Maybe I shouldn't have? Screwed up again, I guess. Towards the end of the conversation we did start to talk a little about our relationship and she said she was glad that we are still friends, but I told her I thought we had something special together and didn't want to just be friends. I told her I liked kissing her too much to just be friends (instead of saying the, "yeah, right," line). It was her birthday Monday and I also screwed up by leaving a rose from my garden at her door like I used to do every week (I put a note on it saying "Last one, just because. Happy Birthday"). I know I should not have. Since then, she texted me once thanking me for the rose and asking where to get Christmas garland, which I thought was strange, but I figure she is just trying to be friends. I'm back to NC again, but I think I messed up by #1 calling (which really was an accident), #2 by declining the biking invitation and #3 leaving the rose. Just wanted to share my experience and wish everyone else better luck. This sucks. Coach Lee, what do you think? I know this is a long post, but I wanted to share my experience. Thanks so much for these videos. You make such a difference in people's lives.

At first I ran to few of my friends post breakup just to find out that all of them are struggling with their own life. And then Great Coach lee happened to me . Now I am looking forward if someone comes to me for an advice. I know the best of my situation and I know what to do if it goes either way. That brings peace. Almost 2 months since she broke up I went in NC for a month then texted her in a nice way just like how some coaches tell .. she was still defensive and didn’t want to talk to me And since then i went into NC again . TBH i don’t have hope .. and i have depression Before i met her i tried to end my life and was rescued and went into anti depression When i met her .. i found a reason to live for 4 years in collage i didn’t have feeling for any girl .. i just didn’t care .. it was my first relation And for a year we spent all the time together and she always told me that i am everything she wants in a man and she could never leave or love anyone after me . Now im just a stranger . I tried to kill my self after that and was rushed to the hospital now im on anti depressions again What sucks is .. i never enjoyed life Never had a purpose or a goal like everyone else No matter what i do or achieve .. i feel empty I trusted her with my life . Now .. i don’t think she even remembers me Here i am .. sitting in the dark .. in grief and sorrow .. while she .. seem happy .. at least she is happy without me .. and my pain wont case trouble for her .

Hey, I know this is a horrible situation, but believe this. She has NOT forgotten you. If someone was a big part of your life, you can’t just forget them. I still remember people from elementary school, so memory is not short. Maybe she just needs a breather right now, but there is still hope. Also, how do you know she’s happy? I have anxiety, so I do things like this all the time in my mind, but let’s think logically for a second. Sure, maybe she seems happy, but was it just a brief moment that you saw her in person or on an Instagram post? Maybe it was just a moment of happiness. However, that doesn’t mean that she’s happy. She’s still going to experience those nights alone without, thinking about the relationship and you! We can have happy moments and not be happy as a collective. We can try to guess and read our exes’ minds, but that will only be allowing ourselves to spiral down further. Let her get out of relief so that she has the ability to miss you. I believe in you, you got this! Most people begin to miss you at around the 45-75 day mark five or take, so take these months to really hone in on yourself. The 30 day no contact usually isn’t enough time, so she most likely hadn’t had enough time by then to really begin to miss you. Wait until she reaches out, then you know for sure that she misses you, even if it just seems small like asking how you are. All hope is not lost, just stick to no contact. Based on pattern recognition inside the human brain, it will be weird that she’s not hearing from you, and she will begin to think about you even if it’s subconsciously. I know these words might fall on deaf ears or might not help much, but try to focus on you. People always told me that, and it would just annoy me. But think about who you were in the relationship, were you happy (for the most part) and amazing? Think about what she loved about you and who she fell in love with in the first place. Become that person and more by being the best you, she will notice that and begin to miss you. You are worth being missed. You are worth it. Have hope and faith because you’ve got this!!!

@@destinygamergirlrock thank you for taking time to reply While i agree with you on the mindset But in this day and age social media ruined relationships .. i don’t think she will be able to sit alone and miss me while there is always more creeps to simp just waiting for you to get out of the picture .. while battling with depression i was still the best man that she could ever find I worked so hard on myself the last 6 years just so i don’t end up killing myself .. from gyms to mindset to whatever thought you think of while imagining what a perfect boyfriend would be ( yet i know no one could be perfect but i tried my best ) All girls wants this badboy guy that falls in love with them and disconnect himself from other girls and give them all the time and attention they need 24/7 While you love spending all the time with her from playing games to solving problems helping her with exams and anxiety etc Now i start to realize it was wrong Sadly .. when you show this much emotions to people .. you will kind of lose value in their eyes and stop feeling like you are a prize that they have to chase And i think the day she realizes her old relation wasn’t “ Toxic “ She will regret her decision and wants to come back By that time id either killed myself or filled my heart with hate .. because thats the only way i could get over her sadly . I wish she would be here everyday .. but no my friend Its funny all the girls i treated badly wanted to get in a relation with me and i still found a way to push them off While the only person i cared about in this world and gave all my heart and soul into choose to leave me behind .

Thanks for the video. My ex and I were madly in love but met at the wrong moment. We had just gotten through a very recent divorce, I was having money problems and she already had a three-year-old child. And the stress of life got in the way, with a break up that neither really wanted... She tried to contact me a year later and I didn't answer, cause I was in another relationship that was working and I was afraid to reconnect. I knew that things could potentially go very very fast. And I was afraid to hurt my soon-to-become wife. Since then, I kept on the same path and am now married, ready for the next step, we're trying to have a baby. My wife is great, and it works peacefully, but my ex was the woman of my life. It was true love and she lives in my head every hour of the day. I cannot get her out, no matter what I do. And now if I ever decided to reconnect, I would hurt my wife even more. I would have to destroy so many beautiful moments, our peaceful history... There is no solution. But sometimes the idea to spend a whole life away from her makes me feel like such a waste. Any suggestion?

Maybe you should have given yourself more time before remarriage. I held a candle for my ex for a long time after I remarried. Was married for 34 years before being widowed, but my heart was never really fully all on. However, my dh was there and never walked away.

Keep in mind that your ex isnt a match for you. You're not compatible. That's assuming you both got along and there weren't many if any problems and both of you were mentally healthy. Would you rather stay with someone whose not meant for you just so you can keep hanging on to what could be or would you rather take a season off and wait til your compatible match comes into your life? Patience and purpose are key. Work on your self so you're desirable to the opposite sex and that you could live with your self just fine. That's attractive.

I hope I didn’t mess it up, I started no contact and she texted me 3 days saying she was thinking about me and missed me. I said maybe we should get up one of these days and she agreed. The time came and she flaked. At first I responded with just HMU if you want to work on the relationship and we can go from there and she said okay. I regret it but I then went off about her carrying things the way she did out of anger. We went back and fourth for a minute and eventually I stopped. I sent a apology and told her I over reacted. It has been 12 days since and I still haven’t heard anything but she watched my ig story and liked my post even tho she doesn’t follow me. Pray for me 🤦🏽‍♂️

I started using your no contact rule for 2 weeks my ex just couldn't handle it she started sending me emails even though she blocked me on WhatsApp, Facebook and direct call I decided not to answer she then went on Instagram again I ignored she unlocked me and started calling me directly, I answered and she was asking how I felt and things like that. My mistake was I didn't watch your video on what not to do after no contact so obviously I ruined it again. Again she blocked me and I went on no contact for 2 weeks for the second time she came back it's been 2 days ago we met and we went to her home started talking she just couldn't believe how happy I was cuz she expected me to be pissed but I wasn't and she said that I'm a mysterious person and she just doesn't understand who I am. I loved that statement, we dance I was looking in her eyes and mouth while she is talking and dancing. Yeah, go get it, it's only 47 dollars and there's alot of good information in there. The only thing in wish was in there was how to handle if your ex was kind of seeing someone before you broke up, and how YOU said it was over because of that, does that mean you broke up with her or she broke up with you since she was the one cheating.

@@rc5924 the best thing I ever "soothed" myself with is, no matter the circumstances, of someone misses you and wants you they will go against any and every reason. You're doing no contact because you were betrayed. She knows what she did to you. Find every way possible to convince yourself that if she's worthy of you, she will fight for you. If she doesn't she'll never make you happy. I really hope you get through this hard time. I've been through a bunch of breakups and sometimes they come back and sometimes they don't. There's no real formula. You're just in control of protecting your heart . Everything else is out of your hands

He blocked me for about a year from last December or November to this December. Now he clearly misses me and messages me all the time. Didn’t really think it would happen. But yeah not speaking or being able to reach out for that long probably did help. But ironically like a lot of people say, not having anything to do with him also helped me move on. I found someone else anyway. But hearing from him again was healing, because he also became my closest friend when we were together. The not talking and there being total coldness every time I tried to reach out before was seriously painful and made it hard to stop thinking about. It just feels a lot better knowing I wasn’t totally insignificant or someone he hates.
