Praise God- When the grand jury initially did not charge him I was absolutely infuriated and shocked. I pray justice is served for this family and for this little girl. The robber was running AWAY with a measly $20 and a check. our laws need to be very strict regarding gun use. guns should only be used in CLEAR cases of self-defense. This was completely unavoidable and he deserves to spend time in jail. Let it send a message a clear message to people that they can’t just go around shooting their guns recklessly, murder an innocent bystander and get away with it.⚖️

As a criminal justice major this is an interesting turn of events. I will be following this case closely. Both parties are victims. It's unfortunate that the young child lost her life. It's interesting that resources were used to find NEW evidence but not the robbery suspect. There was negligence here btw but Murder absolutely not it wasn't intentional.
