What’s the best diet? Is it vegan, ketogenic, carnivore, Mediterranean, or the standard American diet? While this topic has been debated for decades, there hasn’t been much discussion from the perspective of the gut microbiome. With advances in technology, we can now evaluate the impact of specific diets on the gut microbiome and how this influences weight management.
