This is something I have been specifically working on over the last month or so. I started having severe pain that came with stress; In my lower abdomen-stomach & back. Then it was also under my chest. It moves around & only putting pressure on it provides some relief. I do need to follow up with Drs.but I have been trying & it's a challenge for various reasons. I had to go to the ER when it got so bad & I was told that my bile duct was like that of someone twice my age-in size-No explanation as to why though & had a bad experience in the ER after spending all night there; I would've liked to find out more but they basically made it impossible-they were so nice but when it came to taking action; they didn't & at night I almost choked to death & nobody came to help or see if I was ok & after another incident in the morning I didn't feel safe being in there at all. I felt so much worse upon leaving. Anyway I have been trying natural therapies since-from essential oils to organic immunity digestion shots & drinks to different OTC homeopathic meds & using a handheld massager with pressure on stomach-I have been experiencing some relief but I'd like to solve the issue. The pain is excruciating & I already deal with chronic pain & was 27 days late to my monthly pain management appt. due to this issue as well. It's just not so easy running around to Drs. when requiring door to door transportation-having new medical issues-severe new pain on top of severe chronic pain-insomnia & anxiety & trying to get help causing more anxiety-insomnia & pain because the stress brings on the pain. I am looking forward to learning from this video. Thank you for posting this.

Gardens are individual and therefore cut off from each other. How about future villages, towns etc built with several, central fields that everyone has to look after at some point through the year. Outside exercise, community spirit, people helping each other.
