The best point made that I have been trying to get plant based doctors to understand is that WE are soil. And telling people that soil doesn't matter, as long as you get vegetables into you is a little shy of a healthy understanding but we're getting there. 😉🌱🌱 The soil microbiome is the same system relative to our own. The Soil food Web as my teacher Elaine Ingham refers to it. Good stuff. 🙏🏽Namaste

Dear Sadjguruji, I am very glad that you have recovered from your recent brain surgery. You are a guru and yogi to so many people in this world , so many would be glad that you recovered. Outside my family members, you are the first person for whom I prayed for several days chanting God s name silently throughout the day , till you recovered. Everyone prays to you. I have also prayed a lot to you particularly during my son s exams . But when you were not well, I prayed a lot to the Almighty and the Almighty is kind enough to make you recover . I think architecture has a lot to answer for a lot of problems. For instance... Everyone in their individual boxes with the no social interaction unless the go out. Gardens are individual and therefore cut off from each other. How about future villages, towns etc built with several, central fields that everyone has to look after at some point through the year. Outside exercise, community spirit, people helping each other.
