@@mylesc3053 that shouldn’t be an issue as long as you log in. Most games are backwards compatible so it won’t really matter if you reset your old xbox. Just make sure that you have your email and password to log into your account on the Series X

Thank you for this video. I recently upgraded to the Xbox Series S and will be selling my Xbox One S. I've had the One S for almost 4 years now but it's time to move on from it. I'll always miss it and it bought so many great memories for me. Games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Crash Bandicoot and many more. Rage quits, fun with my friends, introduced to me so some of my favourite games. It's gonna be sad to see it go. And I hope the next owner appreciates it for what it is. It was a fantastic purchase in my case. And I definitely got my money worth out of it. Hopefully the Series S will bring me just as much joy over the next few years.

The power in my house flickered while my xbox was powering up and it caused it get stuck on the gray/green screen of death. I tried a lot of methods to fix it but nothing was working. Would have been good to mention that you must make sure the Xbox One is connected to the internet before pressing the reset button so that it can disassociate that machine with your Xbox Live accounts if you have designated it as your 'Home Xbox'. If you don't do this, even if someone new signs into their account after a reset the serial number will still be associated with your Live account. From memory I think the Xbox will warn you about this if you try to reset it without being connected to the internet and will prompt you to connect first.

Yeah I noticed that when resetting my PS4, plus it wouldn't allow to do said changes unless I was online & then signed into my account details... I've just got a bad feeling about resetting my Xbox One Slim as a few other videos on KZbin have had major tongue lashings as those ones cause Xbox gamer's to loose everything & that includes Games & their Xbox Live Account... Fingers crossed I can get this done without accidentally erasing all my games & my Xbox account details, as i transferred all of that over to the Xbox One X & want to trade my Xbox Slim in towards other instore products but I want to wipe it clean first but I'm not sure about the instructions on this one... He did one on the PS4 which was spot on & more informed compared to this one & I don't want to lose everything...
